U-Haul App did NOT allow the early morning check-in I requested. I stood in 34 degree temps for over 30 mins trying to get the App to start the check-in process. It never worked. During that time I was in the phone with Customer Service and they couldn't get it to work either. Nor could they help me get it to work on a web browser. Even after the manager showed up, it took another 20 mins with a phone call to the regional U-Haul manager to get the truck rented. Overall it took an hour to rent the truck. I fault U-Haul not the pickup location. Bad experience initiating the rental from U-Haul.

How do u charge 840.14 when I ask for 24 hours and Damn receipt drop same at 6 and I had to Sunday untill 6pm roughly I rented at 1pm Saturday so I was just couples over I want to know y bill 240 w full tank how u 600 more dollars for 5 hours over

I don't know if it is possible, but it also would be great if a regular pick-up truck be available at this location. I don't know if they would get much of a customer demand for it. But overall, this location has always gone above and beyond expectations. Carry On, Carneys Point Self Storage, and a big shout out to the personnel. Jim R.

Great Location!!! This is our 2nd time using this location and the staff is great!!! Friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the process. They also have all the extra items you may need. Blankets, Locks, Boxes, carts etc. Thanks again for another great experience.

The staff was very professional and knowledgable about the process. They have a good supply of moving needs available. We were able to get everything we needed in one place. The truck was clean inside and out. The staff was very friendly. I would not only use them again but I would use there service again myself.

The woman at the storage facility was very nice and the truck was fine. The only complaint I have is that Uhaul moved my reservation from .5 a mile from my destination to 15 miles away. I had to pay for 30 miles on the truck which was just transporting the truck from and to the storage facility. I am very displeased. I hope it does not reflect poorly on carneys point self storage as it was not their doing.

I was initially told that I could not use self pick-up due to the fact that I was picking up in NJ with a VA license. This was not indicated in person when I called nor by the reservation system. Location was closed and I was told I would need to drive 20 miles to an open location. I received a call a few minutes later from Uhaul - someone decided they would help me out and was able to approve my pick-up at the initial location. Further, reduced mileage rate fo my trouble. Would have never rented from Uhaul again if this problem was not corrected. Based on the fact that someone cared enough to follow-up and make things right - I would use again and would recommend to others. Thank you for your excellent customer service ( though your system still needs some work).

UHaul database was not functioning properly which had me and my husband waiting over 30 minutes to get checked out. Customer service to set up reservation was also not a very easy process. I was promised .89 per mile when truck was booked but representative never documented this in the contract. Very poor customer service.

the truck I rented did not have adjustable side view mirrors. I did not like the truck because of this. U Haul needs to spend a little more money on their trucks so that they come with adjustable side view mirrors

I had reserved safemove plus. but they could not give it to me because the pickup point was in New Jersey. This really sucks, because my insurance agent tells me that I am not covered by my auto insurance when renting a UHaul truck.

On the paperwork that i received at the pickup location, i was given several locations that i could drop off the vehicle. I was told that the closest one to my location was a 24 hour drop off an just put the keys into the lock box, but the lock box and yard to park the vehicle were behind a locked fence, We tried several numbers on the keypad and were lucky enough to punch in the phone number of the location and it opened the locked gate. I rented the truck on Saturday and I did receive a phone call on Sunday asking where i would be dropping the truck off, and i told the person that i had already dropped the truck off on Saturday at one of the locations that i was given at the pick up location.

I HAD A GREAT OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH RENTING THE UHAL TRUCK AND I WOULD SAY KEEPING DOING WHAT YOU ARE DOING.

The day we returned the trailer to this location, was very disappointing.. The onwer-operator refused to move the trailer to the parking location, demanding we park it, ourselves and then REFUSED to UNHOOK and REMOVE the trailer from our vehicle. He was very rude and if I or my husband had been injured remvoing the trialer from our vehilce I do not think this person would have cared, at all. This was not what we would have expected from one of U-Haul's representatives and we will definitely never visit this particular location for any of our needs in the future. Note: We will be having to rent a rmoving truck in the near future and sincerely hope that we can depend on better service for our future needs.. Debbie Codon 979-201-6956
