I wouldn't of had to rent the 10' truck if my original reservation before for a 26' truck was fulfilled, I was told both my uhaul rep and the site manager at carquest I would have to go get the 26' myself that was 120 miles away, I will never use uhaul again and especially rent one from Carquest in Wendover, both reservations and rental where a joke all around. Cost me way more money then needed I could hire a moving company-Don't rent uhaul is all I have to dayBodie P.

Miles was not happy about me being a uhaul customer, he didn't give me my contract, had me dropping off at a location 50 miles from my home. Plus no tail lights on trailer. He checked the lights said everything worked. Not! No contract in top of it. Well sorry about that but, dude was phasing and moaning that I even had a reservation let alone the time he had to waste helping me.karen N.
This is not the fault of the pick-up location, but of U-Haul itself as a company. I was required to drive over 100 hundred miles to pick up the vehicle I requested, for which I was not compensated mileage on my vehicle to make the pick up nor gas for my vehicle and the truck I had to to drive over 100 miles back to where we needed to load it. The time loss also significantly impacted my move. I would not use U-Haul in the future.JOSHUA W.

The person at the desk was sullen and rude. I had reserved a 6x12 box trailer that morning on the U-Haul website, but it wasn't there. He said it might be in sometime after lunch. I rented a smaller unit, as I needed to get going. He made disparaging comments about the size of my truck and whether it was suitable for pulling a trailer (2105 Nissan Frontier, 4x4 with a v-6 engine). I think he was in a bad mood because he was caught not having a trailer on hand that was supposed to be there. I would never deal with this business again.Edward M.

I wanted a 10foot truck and was forced to take a bigger truck and pay more. This is not the first time I've used this location and I was never told that they don't have 10foot trucks. I'm not happy about this.irene M.

Despite taking my reservation Uhaul did not have a truck available for me. I had to drive 100 miles to pick up the truck, and then pay for extra gas and mileage due to their inability to keep their reservation promises.Jenica M.

The truck was returned covered in salt from the salt flats. Carquest owner was cleaning off the salt and was hurrying to get it ready for us. We were asked to come back in an hour so he could finish cleaning the truck. The truck had a hole rubbed through from another hose and didn't have any coolant. Found this out 26 miles after picking it up. The Carquest gentleman was very nice and his customer service was great. The truck was needing a little maintenance. The truck had some issues engine wize (maintenance).Dean B.

After driving 800 miles to our pick up location our equipment was not there or was going to be there. I had no choice but to drive an extra 240 miles to get my trailer. I was advised by the attendant that my confirmation email wasn't a confirmation that my equipment would be at my pick up point. Really? Uhaul said if I wanted that trailer I would have to go get it myself. I will never use uhaul again.Brian B.

I dropped off after hours. It's a small business in the Carquest business. The day prior to drop off, they did answer my questions. I would suggest fot after hours return they get a drop box for your rental papers, instead of just under the door.Ray B.

Fix the application, that the owner must use. Me being an IT person, helped them to get through the registration process, by using the Tab key, to get to a field, that they needed to complete the transaction. The local guy had to call texh support, end was told to just click around tile they found the spot necessary to move forward. Sure didn;'t fill me with a lot of confidence, when I was already dealing with stressful situation. Please get your apps/computers fixed.MICHAEL C.

We were told to put the keys in the orange drop box. We looked around the outside of the facility 3 times and never found the drop box. We wasted a couple hours on 2 phone calls to UHAUL, etc. This facility needs to install an after hours drop box like it says it has, but it doesn't!!!URBANO D.
I had just made the slog across Northern Nevada in a slushy, muddy, nasty snowstorm. The temperatures were in the single digits, I arrived late due to the slow-going on the highway, so I had slept on the floor of the apartment, so, the next morning, I brought in the truck with the tow dolly, and the owner says, "You're going to have to take that to the car wash before we can take that tow dolly off for you." So there I am, towing my car all around town, getting quarters and finding the one car wash in town. Luckily, the weather was sunny, but still cold. I returned to the CarQuest with the muddy ice/slush washed off, and the young man there was very helpful, and knew exactly what needed to be done, and he got the dolly off the truck so I could unload the truck. I brought the truck back several hours later, on New Years Eve, and the young man was still there and was, again, very helpful.MARK M.

All of my questions were answered, there was no haggling over the fuel level or the condition of the equipment, and the owner, Mike, was exceptionally kind.
