NABIL MStaff is fast and considerate of customers time. I used the mobile app pickup but my phone died upon return. The staff was still in site after hours and was able to check my rental back in saving me time and an extra trip back to the store! Would recommend this location.

VIVEK TAbout my rented Truck: Steering was not stable, it kept moving itself. A kind of loose. Break was not perfect. However we accomplished the 18 Hrs journey successfully.
Yam NI've rented from a lot of UHaul locations and Cary Moving Trucks and Supplies is far and away the best.

Kayla LThis location was great and the manager of the site was helpful. As for Uhaul the company. I really dislike your return procedures. I tried to use the Android app and it was awful. The check in procedures were completely unhelplful. I ended up putting the key in the lock box before completing this process. There needs to be some kind of message somewhere, included in a text, that is more helpful.
MARK DI purchased the option to pick up at one location and drop off at another. This made the rate go way up. The trip was about 35 miles each way. When my boyfriend went to pick up he questioned this option and was told it was the cheapest way and it wasn't. The next morning he called to change the plan to return to the original location. I got charged the high rate plus the milage and way overpaid. Will use Home Depot next time, would have saved me money at a difficult, expensive time of life of moving.

FAISAL KEasy process. This location was the closest one to Apex we could find a truck on short notice on a Saturday. Truck was a great calll, only had to do one trip instead of multiple in 90° summer heat!
BOBBY EPut a notice that entering has a large dip for personal vehicles. Staff is very courteous and attentive.
RICHARD TLocation had a power outage and yet was able to get me the truck i booked and with no delay. Was very nice and friendly too under what I'd assume had to be a stressful situation.
