The one employee we saw was in the lot when I pulled up with the truck. Before I could get out and around to the door of the business, he had locked it up and was walking across the street to where he parked his own car. There was a note on the door saying he would be back in twenty minutes. Well, I wasn't waiting around for twenty minutes for this buffoon. How long would it have taken him to check me in? I was the only customer on the lot. I just dropped my keys in the box and left. I answered yes to if the location was clean and inviting, but I never saw the inside, so I have no idea.

ALEXANDER KI can't think of a thing these guys could have done better. They hooked the trailer up, and when I returned it they disconnected it. There was a storm coming and I was concerned about getting the trailer returned, and they were super flexible with the return time. Checkout was quick, and dropoff was even quicker. If I need a U Haul in Cary again, I'll go straight to these guys.

JEFFREY CThe U-Haul location is better suited for dropping off trucks rather than picking them up. Improved visibility and more level ground are needed to safely pick up a truck or even drive a car onto the lot without risking scratches due to the uneven surface.
