Pickup time was for 10:00 a.m. I had my elevator booked for then. I got the truck at 10:45a.m and lost my elevator time by the time I got to my apartment to move. Truck wasnt inspected. Engine light was on. While travelling, I filled up gas and the tank was leaking gasoline. I recorded a video of the truck doing this.Andrew G.

I had no problems with the location. My problem was right from the start. When I placed the order it kept sending me to Kingston Ontario to drop off. I wanted to pick up In utopia and drop off there. I ordered a 15' truck. Got a call 2 weeks prior telling me that it's probably not going to be available there or the size. Low and behold different location different size truck Celeste your Fleet operation manager needs to find a new job. I'd fire her if she worked for me. Absolutely no respect and didn't listen. It's too bad the location will get this bad review. I had to make 4 trips with this truck. I will never ever use UHAUL AGAIN!!! Unbelievable terrible. And people call my profession conArtists. I'm not finished with dealing with this. Unfortunately I'm still at my old house loading stuff into my car now.Diane L.

I was told I was 40 km over the free km amount despite only having driven the route I had originally stated, plus an extra distance for dropping off the vehicle at another location where one was needed. For this I received a rebate but the drop-off was 130 km out of my way and then I was charged $20 extra for going over the free km limit. This drop-off location was quite a distance from a major highway and not easy to get to so the additional charge was not well received by me.Michael R.

when you take a reservation please make sure you confirm the location or let the person know then and there what the location would be. As I had to drive an extra hour and pay for that extra gas because UHALL changed their location both ways. I love your service but will think again if I would want to use Uhall just because of this issue.Rendell R.

The gentle man at this location friendly and had the truck ready for me. I found the location to be good, with easy access to the street and close to a gas station making it convenient to fuel the truck up when returning it. If was a good experience dealing with U-Haul at this location.James B.

Cash shop drop off was not the closest location from address of rental delivery. Does not offer accessories like uhaul pick up site. Okay for drop off but I would not want to pick up a truck from thereKristina W.

I was stood up at my original booking place and had to look for another location to help me. The Cash Shop was amazing they got us into a truck right away and even have us a discount as the original reservation was for a van and he didn't have any so gave us a truck for the same price.Leanna G.

Picking up the truck was very simple and quick; It was easy to drive and was in good working order (clean, nothing broken). Unfortunately, I had an issue when I returned it in that I was billed for 223 Miles driven as opposed to 223 Kms (the odometer is clearly in KMs). Unfortunately, I was overcharged by approximately $100 as a result of this. The staff member appeared to have difficulty understanding the difference but at least listened to me and tried to resolve the issue. Eventually I received a refund, after over two hours of my time and several phone calls to U-Haul customer support.Daniel Y.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. It was not clear where the UHaul dealer was located (inside cash shop) so having a more prominent sign would be helpful. The price was right and we were able to move into our new home in one day. Renting a UHaul is the way to go and I am glad we tried it, as it reduced a lot of stress over our move! Thank you. Cash Shop did not open their office until almost 10:00am. My reservation was for 9:00am and the office hours for the location are 9:00am to 6:00pm. I left a voice message that I had come for the truck providing my phone number but did not receive a call back. I called again before going to an alternate location for a rental finding out that they were now open and the truck was available. Apart from that, the details for the contract were available from my online reservation, so getting checked in and out was smooth.James D.

I was over charged vs the contract. The printer was broken, or the system was down - either way, I didn't receive a copy of the contract when I picked up the vehicle. I was told I could park in the parking lot over he weekend. I had a police officer show up at my house to tell me my car was about to be towed. Great guys. Nice job communicating and being organized. He driver side window wouldn't open on the rental. And to top it off, I called customer service and waited on hold for 30 minutes. The customer service rep picked up the phone and mumbled some words before HANGING UP on me! Not only was this experience the worst rental experience of my life, but the customer service line is totally unprofessional. Never again and a big F U to the whole organization.MEALANIE D.
I was told over the phone that I would be charged 49 cents a km. I was charged 59 cents. If I was quoted 49 cents it should have been honored. I phone around for quotes and booked based on price. The actual pick up took way too long as the clerk struggled with the computer systemMARINA J.

Do something with this cage type office very disappointing to do business with. I was promised to pick the vehicle at a agreed time and had to come the next day to get it. The service at the location was excellent. The service by u- Haul booking by telephone deplorable. I reserved a truck that then got rented out to another customer. This is totally unacceptable. i spent an hour on the phone with customer service getting transfered from one department to another trying to find the truck i needed. Totally unacceptable.Robert G.

Make sure you knoa store hours. I was schdueled to pick up at 7:30pm was there by 7:25pm and store was closed. Then an hour and a half later someone that worked for store showed up and luckily helped me..but had truck started burning gas for over 45min. The pick up location was not the one i asked for in the first place. Ended up costing me more than i ever planned.Lindsey H.
the truck was covered in snow, and they didn't have a shovel to clean it out. It had very low get up and go and it was really hard to get the truck to plow through the snow to get out of the parking lot. I would have thought by pre ordering that they would have the truck somewhat ready. Plus to charge for my mileage after all the work we had to do just to clean it off to drive it away, should have been compensated.louise W.

I had already booked and checked in online yet it took 25 minutes to check out because of apparent "computer issues." Truck was very dirty inside. Mud and dirt on the floors and very dusty. I only needed it for an hour, so I didn't care, but if I was moving and needed the truck the day, I would've been very disappointed.CHRIS S.

Just a little fast checking out. After all the time l could not get my bill it had to be e-mail after all the time. Didn't like giving my credit card 4 times sometimes you could get charged and don't need the problem. Lady was very nice and remember me from the day before.
