I specifically arranged a pickup .5 miles from my house since they charge for mileage, then they moved my pickup location to 15 miles away. My mileage total went from maybe $3 to now $40, meaning my bill almost doubled. There was no reason given for the change in pickup location.

The truck was not clean and did not have my requested items ready. The guy had to come over from another location to clean this. It took over 45 minutes to get ready while my moving crew was waiting on site. I spoke with three different customer service people finally the manager and all they could do is offer me $50. Unacceptable this location is a joke.
