The self service pick up is terrible. Imagine.. Anytime someone rents a vehicle, it is probably a stressful situation. I had to wait at least an hour to get my Driver's license uploaded as the app did not work on my iPhone. I ultimately had to go to your website and scan my docs. It was not a good way to run a business.

below poor for this location. Do not use this location. they were not present at pick up time. the address for the location is NOT where the trucks are stored. The app is NOT user friendly. The reservation did not store the drivers name and that made it a huge hassel for truck pick up
scott kDon't rent me a 15 foot truck and then the next day tell me you're picking up a 20 foot truck. Don't charge me for things that didn't happen.
Christopher WI specifically arranged a pickup .5 miles from my house since they charge for mileage, then they moved my pickup location to 15 miles away. My mileage total went from maybe $3 to now $40, meaning my bill almost doubled. There was no reason given for the change in pickup location.
Samuel FThe truck was not clean and did not have my requested items ready. The guy had to come over from another location to clean this. It took over 45 minutes to get ready while my moving crew was waiting on site. I spoke with three different customer service people finally the manager and all they could do is offer me $50. Unacceptable this location is a joke.
