The store needs to add air fresher in it. The smell of smoke hit my nose at the door and until I finished my transaction. Sadly, as a woman that doesn’t smoke. It was bad!!! I only stayed there because of emergency reasons that I needed the truck.

The whole experience was a disaster. We booked the truck with unlimitedmiles for 24 hours, only to get an email telling us much later that the location that we wanted to pick up from was arbitrarily changed. The place we went to was a convinence store and took forever to assist us since they wanted to assist their clients that were "quick" purchase items...aka....lottery tickets and such. After receiving my truck and making the move i took the truck to the location on my email only to be told by the Application that once again Uhaul changed my drop-off location to 40 minutes away. I called the hotline where the agent told me that, uhaul, "Needed my truck at the other place not this one." How is it my job to be the transporter of uhaul?? Then the cherry on top...I received my bill, uhaul is now charging me for dropping the truck off at the wrong location...(this is not what happened) and charging me for going over miles..(which i purchased unlimited miles). This is an experience that has convinced me that cheaper is not always better. Uhaul has become the Fox Rent-a-car of moving trucks. If i could give a zero out of 10 I would.

Better service gas on vehicle literally had zero miles to empty the guy told me leave gas and we will credit you back for gas left 23 miles of gas on vehicle

Service the vehicle’s and I did not go over ten miles just horrible but it’s ok will never go back again to that location while waiting a drunk Spanish guy walked up to me and said what’s up my Niger and they over charged me for the miles

I am very disappointed with this service. They charged me 213 dollars for 4 hours of service. How could you make me pay a fee for fuel when you did not tell me the rules before picking up the equipment. Please I need my money back. I will never use U-HAUL in the future Thank you

Location is not in a good neighborhood and the owner was unprofessional did not give a receipt and charged my card extra, will not be going back here
