This was, without exaggeration, the worst truck I’ve ever been handed. I received a rusted‑out 20’ unit with a squeaking engine, destroyed suspension, and steering so misaligned I had to fight the wheel nonstop just to keep it on the road. The A/C died early in the trip, leaving us to drive through late‑May heat on the way to Orlando with zero cooling. Completely unacceptable. The cargo box even leaked hot water during the rain — how does a rental truck fail at something as basic as keeping cargo dry? The engine was so old and inefficient that it burned fuel at 6–7 miles per gallon, costing a fortune for a long‑distance move. I never would’ve taken this truck if I hadn’t already scheduled other services and relied on the 7:00 AM Mobile Pickup. This vehicle should not be on the road, let alone rented to paying customers. The fact that we made it to Orlando without major losses was pure luck, not thanks to the condition of this truck.

KEYUR PI was very disappointed with the fact the my truck only came with 20 miles of fuel left in the tank I had to spend 200$ to get a 3/4 tank full. I have never seen a rental place provide a vehicle that could not even make it down the street. This greatly impacted my budget and I wish I can get some compensation seeing that I only used about a quarter of the fuel I put in. The cargo area had a few pieces of debris left behind and some blue sticky stuff on the floor.

Mohamed HNo dolly or drop cloth available. Truck had random paper and a hat under the passenger middle seat, which means tuck wasn’t fully inspected before handing off to the next driver. The floor of the cargo space was really dusty and full of debris. Truck’s starting gas tank was below 1/4, making it inconvenient. Truck’s are parked way too close to each other, making it difficult to repark.
SERHIY KThe rate per km was offered .99cents but online when booking it was .60. Overcharged
KARANDEEP SWe were told we'd get a $50 credit for all the issues we had after speaking with Gabriella. We did not get this. They didn't have our truck at the location that it's supposed to be at. The self pick up would not work. We had to wait for the second location to open. It delayed our move by over 3 hours
