sorry it took so long to post this but I thank you for your service it was excellent and I don't think of anything you guys could have done better
It is not so much the pick up location that was a problem. They did forget to place a dolly in the truck. The main problem is the online process.

This is an excellent place to rent Uhauls The staff is very friendly and helpfull!! They are very knowledgeable as well
Make it easier to get the code for the key lock boxes, it took me a half hour to receive it. But this is amazing how on weekends now, you can still get a truck... Thank you
