I rarely leave customer satisfaction reviews for anything. However today was a great experience. Tonya, the office manager, was extremely helpful. I explained that I needed to pick up a new lawn tractor, gave her the dimensions and she took a tape measure out with us to double check widths. It's a good thing she did as I would've rented the wrong trailer. A 5x6 trailer does not have 5' of width inside! A 5x8 is different too! I actually had to rent a 6' wide, enclosed trailer to have enough room to fit the new tractor with 54â€ mowing deck. The office manager went above and beyond to ensure I had what I needed to pick up my new equipment and get it home. Also, I have a race trailer, pontoon and bass boat trailers. I tow stuff all over the country. The safety chains on the Uhaul trailers do not hook to the hitch on my 2017 GMC 2500HD without knowing a couple little workarounds. Had the office manager not came out to check trailer widths AND ensure I was hooked up safely and ready to go, I'd still be trying to figure out how to do it or would've driven 100 miles with a trailer I couldn't use. Only suggestion I would make is for Uhaul to give their folks tablets or an iPad to use out on the lot instead of a phone. Fields in online forms are often not easy to do on a phone. We had to remember some numbers and go back inside to the computer so the manager could get my contract filled out. That took a bit more time but I understood her problem as there are data entry websites that I use frequently that scroll down menus, etc don't work properly on a phone. The only only negative was that there wasn't a truck available in Zanesville for a one way trip in the size I needed. It would've been a lot cheaper for me that way. Otherwise everything was great.Daniel N.

My only complaint is that 2 weeks advance I requested a 10 ft truck, the day before my move was told I would have to get a 15 ft. I rented a 10 foot due to the tightness of the area I was going.Kim C.

Make it easier to get the code for the key lock boxes, it took me a half hour to receive it. But this is amazing how on weekends now, you can still get a truck... Thank youCory P.
