I would give you a 5 star but the homeless people at the location really need attention. Everytime I went to the unit they were hanging around, riding thru the lot on bicycles. One day one of them was in the dumpster.
COURTNEY J | Overall ExperienceI tried a number of times to cancel the unit my sister paid for . she's 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and bed ridden and for some reason you guys will not return her money she feels that you are taking advantage of her and scamming her out of her money. I immediately call back immediately tried to cancel the order I've talked to three different people one of them said I had to close out the unit that I never even went in I never opened it it wasn't due to be there till tomorrow which is May 11th not May 8th when I paid for it I specifically said May 11th cuz that's when I rented a truck from U-Haul in rushville Marathon gas station.i need my sisters money returned.
Daniel S | Online Move InI did not use your facility I reserved a storage unit for me to move into tomorrow immediately afterwards I talked to my landlord who said that I can move straight in so I called back and canceled the unit before I even moved into it now you're telling me I can't have my money back I never even used it I've never even seen it I've never even drove there. I am 64 years old and mentally handicapped and physically handicapped and I think you're trying to take advantage of me I want my money refunded like I was promised I don't know what kind of scams you're trying to run on me.

Tyler S | Online Move InDidn’t receive a lock which I thought came with a rental. Space isn’t large but price sure is for the space I think. Considering UHaul really doesn't have to do much renter is responsible to keep space clean etc. so why $90+ for small space?? Seems high to me for what I’m getting.
