How U-Haul Reviews WorkEverything was great, except when I tried to call into place they put me on hold every time and 2 times I hung up after being on hold for over 25 minutes. And the third time I finally got to talk to person he was extremely nice and waved my late fee since I couldn’t get through to talk to person to change my payment information the previous 2 days. But other than that everything else was great

She was great. But it did seem someone had a card skimmer in there because I had an alert from chase that there was a charge 1 minute after I did my transaction, for AMC theaters. Very suspicious.
