Gary M | First ImpressionsThe only negative is the cost. There were 4 price increases in less than one year resulting in the storage unit being unaffordable. There is no way a 10x15 split unit should have gone up to almost $200 per month. Nice, clean, secure facility but the pricing is ridiculous compared to other locations that offer a comparable storage unit.

Annette S | Overall ExperienceOur camper was damaged and we were told to file a claim with Rep West which didn’t go anywhere for a month. We finally found out there is no insurance with Rep West fit U Haul. There are supposed to be cameras everywhere, but those cameras were not pointed where our camper was damaged. We most certainly will NOT recommend storage at this facility. And frankly, I am planning to contact BBB
