Great staff very friendly and helpful
It’s way ok until the raised the price on the storage so I had to sale everything, get rid of the unit.

Seriously one unacceptable issue after another
There were 2 employees who were busy with customers for 5-10 minutes. Perhaps a 3rd employee would have expedited myself and a 4th person. I was there between 9:30 & 10:30 a m on a week day.

We used a storage unit for many years. It was very secure and well lit. I like the idea of going inside the building to our unit. Staff was wonderful if we ever needed them for anything.
When we need a storage unit we always use U-Haul
They took care of my needs for storage. I had moved from AZ to OH.
Would be better if rates were pro-rated.
Both ladies that helped us last night getting into our unit for the first time were top-notch. Also greatly appreciated the help of both Susan and Emily when we called to arrange the rental.
