NORTHERN MI find the hidden fees wrong and we did fill up the gas tank in the $25 cleaning fee when it was clean I just think that it was wrong

WILLIAM LInside of driver side window was completely filthy. It was very difficult to clean. Truck needs a front end alignment. The steering was terrible and the vehicle was all over the road, and it was very difficult to keep straight.

RANDY HNo one answered the phone, and U-haul support kept me on the phone for 15 minutes before explaining that someone on site had to help with trailer checkout. Took 45 minutes when it could have all been done in 10 with clearer directions and communication. Unimpressed.

THOMAS GEverything went smoothly from hookup to return. There was an agent in the yard to help uncouple trailer, check the status of my account and I was on my way home in 5 minutes. Most of the time was me backing the trailer into the parking spot. After 50+ years of towing I still can't backup very well. It's not pretty but it works. I was advised on the bigger trucks the renter is allowed to tow their own trailers like a boat trailer. PENSKY does not allow this. i'll be back.

Gary DU-Haul phone person assigned me to a location that didn’t have the toy hauler that I needed. While I was driving (300 miles) to that location they called and told me that they didn’t have the equipment. I told her to find another location. What the hell? Why do you solicit my opinion? Nothing ever changes.
