My comment has to do with Uhaul Corp. and not the pick up location or it's staff who helped me... After I presented my info for the rental and the owner entered it in the computer, he came back to me with a number to get a restriction in my profile resolved... I called the number and spoke to a very helpful agent ... I asked why the restriction and he told me it had to do with a one way trailer rental from Scottsdale, AZ to Charlevoix, MI in 2020... At that time my residence was Charlevoix, MI and the Drop off facility could have contacted me if there was an issue.. I subsequently have used your Transport Box service in 2024 and 2025 with no issues with your relation to me, the customer. Getting this issue was a pain and caused me to incur extra expenses because I had engaged laborers to load the truck and they had to wait until I got the issue with the restriction sorted out. This issue, which the agent I spoke to couldnt elaborate on as to the cause, should have been brought to me attention for resolution at the time I reserved the rental truck... not when I had folks waiting to load it. I await and explanation from Uhaul Corp

Reimbursements i was charged for 2 days only had truck for 22 hours and mileage I was charged for 155 miles only went 135 miles
Ty OReserved a UHaul in Traverse City Michigan so that I could fly home and get my car and have a way back to my house. Uhaul instead made mw drive to Charlevoix which is the opposite direction to pick up my Uhaul, leaving me stranded at the airport with no way to get home! I will NEVER use Uhaul again!!! The paperwork also stated that the vehicle had more fuel in it than it actually did.

Before I retired, I was responsible for the dealer network at a Fortune 500 company. I wish I had 200 dealers like Chris on my team.

Leah KIt’s a bit confusing at first, as the pickup location was in a gym. You need to walk inside the gym and the person running workout classes was the U-Haul staff as well. He seemed inconvenienced by having to help us with the equipment rental.

NORTHERN MI find the hidden fees wrong and we did fill up the gas tank in the $25 cleaning fee when it was clean I just think that it was wrong

WILLIAM LInside of driver side window was completely filthy. It was very difficult to clean. Truck needs a front end alignment. The steering was terrible and the vehicle was all over the road, and it was very difficult to keep straight.
