Vehicle Was IN NEED OF FRONT WHEEL ALINGMENT VEHICLE DR IFTED FROM SIDE TO SIDE.. THIS BILLING WAS WAY OUT OF LINE FOR THE TIME WE USED IT. APPROX. 5HRS. THE PEOPLE AT . CHARLIES TIRE SHOP BELLINGHAM MA. WAS VERY HELPFULL.,WE LOCKED OUR CAR KEYS IN THE RENTAL TRUCK AND THEY (Jay came in early)

I requested and paid for equipment that was not in the truck as well as charged for equipment I didn't use but was also charged for. I ordered furniture pads but they were not in the truck. Then I was charged for a dolly which was even in the truck if I wanted to use it. total rip off. I requested a refund but nothing. No communication. Very disappointing.

Mobile check-in is ridiculous. Why do mobile check-in if you still have to go inside to pick up the key?

The only difficulty we had in obtaining the vehicle was when signing off on the agreement there are two agreements scrolling down and then checking off the boxes this had to be done five times before the agreement went through it was very frustrating and took up an extra 30 minutes of a valuable time frame Other than that it was great to be able to pick up the vehicle on a weekend when the facility was closed easy enough instructions online but maybe the instructions could be posted at the facility near the vehicles in case the person has an issue with there cell phone just a suggestion

I did not book this location (they were great) I booked in Franklin and it was changed late. I had to rearrange my schedule and pay for extra miles. U haul did a poor job. rich

Joe ( I think is his name) handled my reservation there. Uhaul was unable to have a truck for me at my reserved time. The regional office had poor customer service and had a very nonchalant attitude. I was able to work things out with the Bellingham location and am forever grateful for their wonderful customer service.

This was the worse U-haul experience that I have ever had. Ordered furniture pads and there were none in the vehicle for me. Vehicle was filthy inside and out, including the dirty, used covid mask that was thrown on the floor. Called U-Haul and complained and was told that a supervisor would call me but that never happened. When I returned the truck, online stated that someone would contact me within 48 hours. That never happened. I will no longer use U-Haul and will let friends and family know about my experience.

I returned my rental within 8 hours, was never told of nighttime check/in and was charged an extra $20 two weeks later as a penalty. Total rip off.

The drop off process showed a picture to drop the keys in a box. Unfortunately, the picture was not of this specific location. It caused only a minor delay in my drop off, so not a huge issue.

I would not recommend Uhaul to a friend because it was a terrible experience. It is not the fault of Charles Tire & Service. It was Uhaul's issues.

U-Haul sent me an email saying that I had not returned the equipment, long after I had returned the equipment over 2 hours early. I responded and U-Haul never responded or apologized for this offence. I believe it may have happened because Charlie's was closed when we returned it, but that did not make it any less offensive. I do not blame Charlie's for this. I blame U-Haul and believe that I am still owed an apology.

Don't have u- haul call me about an overdue truck and text overdue rates! I only had the truck 4 and a half hours,rented for 12 and took it back with 3/4 of a tank of gas.

Truck was dirty on outside so hard to spot any unreported scratches or dings. Engine had a loud noise like belt slippage so made for an annoying long distance drive. Staff were accommodating but didn't have an appliance dolly that I had requested.

I received a bill for 3 extra days of rental when I in fact dropped off the trailer the Same day I rented it. Upon calling them they admitted they forgot to close the rental on day of return And I have yet to receive my credit to my account
