The staff were very nice; however, they provided a trailer that had two bad tires one of which a tire came completely off about an hour and a half into my drive. I waited in the middle of the night by myself, an older lady with a dog, at a rest area for almost 3 hours ridiculous before road side came to replace the tire and they notice another one in bad shape and replaced that. Also, the staff at the Uhaul location on Grove recommended two men to help me load. They did a horrible job - threw my stuff into the trailer with no regard to my instructions. Totally an unprofessional job. My gentlemen that help me unload my hhgs from the trailer here in Dallas, TX were shocked. Broken table, dish rack all in pieces, things broken and I still have not seen whatever things may be broken in addition as my stuff went into storage temporarily until my apartment is ready. I'm worried needless to say. So, I hope Uhaul will consider giving me some kind of a refund. The Dallas staff at the location on Greenville and Ross are awesome used them many of times and they always have given me great equipment and helped me in so many ways. Thank you.

App had a hard time taking a picture of my drivers. This took about 30 minutes. Once I got through the approval process, the app did not give me the option to do a mobile check out for the truck. It said to go into business to retrieve key. This was 6am and business was not to open until 9am. I called the 1-800 number for U-Haul to get help with this matter. Representative was great. She did some research and found that the code for the lockbox with the key for the truck I was renting. I keep trying this code with no success. This took about 30 minutes while I was standing out in the pouring rain. When this didn’t work, representative put me on hold to try and find the number for the local rep to get clarification for the code. After another 30 minutes in the rain, a gentleman came out from the business and put the code in to the lockbox and throw open lockbox and said “there you go.” Was not very nice and rude. Rep was still on the phone. I explained to her what happened and she made note. She also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I got into the truck. We had ordered a utility dolly and it was not in the truck. I asked her if we could go to another location to get the utility dolly but then I noticed one by the door of the building. She said that I could take that one because we had paid for one. By this time I was drenched and an hour and a half past schedule. I have rented other U-Haul trucks in the past but never from this location. I have never had a bad experience until today. I will never go back to this business again to pick up a rental truck.

Adam KCargo area of van was not swept out, it had dirt and debris. Cargo area had one packing blanket in a torn plastic bag in it and I was told to carry the six packing blankets I requested to the van. No mention of walking around vehicle to inspect it for damage before leaving the property. Found text on phone later that evening when I got home.

kirk nConvenient location and owner always working hard but not a good value - as 2 hour van rental ran $75. The add on fees included an environmental joke fee, a $5 Safe trip fee, and $15 Safe move fee; the latter two fees already covered with existing insurance. I should have spent an extra 10 minutes reading the fine print.

Daniel HI've used this UHaul location a few times now and every time I am blow away by the customer service. This time, my app wasn't working for check-in and, despite it being a Sunday morning, the owner was on location and available to help me check in manually. He's always quick to answer questions and lend a helping hand. I wish more businesses could operate as compassionately and efficiently as this one!
Erin SIt is difficult to say what could be done to improve for the next customer since service at that location has been very good every time I have gone there. More trucks for greater availability would be nice if there is room for them. That is all I can think of at this time.

U-Haul corporate needs to be aware when equipment not available locally, especially when the local store said they had not been able to recoup equipment lost during the terrible hurricane damage a year ago.
