So there was a problem. The trailer interior is 6 feet wide but the gate opening is not. So I had a 600 mile round trip with an empty trailer as I could not pick up my item and fit it on the trailer. Please contact meRobert R.

They charged me $50 for 9 gallons of gas when I was 20 miles (1/8 tank) short of the original amount. 3/8 vs 1/2 tank. I'm pretty sure the tank doesn't hold 72 gallons. $50 seemed pretty excessive. I called and inquired about the amount. â€œ1/8 of a tank equals 9 gallons?â€ And the girl said â€œyepâ€. DO NOT DO THE AFTER HOURS DROP OFF!Dan W.

Our Ubox was breached by mice and most of our personal items destroyed, and defecated/urinated on. The final cost was twice of what Uhaul had estimated. I was quoted at $1700 and paid over $3500. Tried online check in but wifi was too slow. Also I reserved to pick up in Wenatchee but made me drive to Chealn to pick up. Plus we got a 26 ft when ordered a 20ft. Truck needs service. They lost my reservation in Wenatchee there was no truck there I had to drive down to Wenatchee to pick the truck up to start with then getting to Wenatchee they had no truck available everywhere they looked they had nothing finally Alan from Pioneer muffler in Ephrata And he talked to a man Is in lake Chelan And he had a 20' band there that was not reserved we ordered a 15' but he said he would give us a good deal when we were in Wenatchee and discount it Because they lost our reservation yeah shit so we drove another 2 hours up and back down to Wenatchee And back to afraid of Washington to load our stuff and he charged me more money than $417 for the originalIs reservation So it was not discounted discounted it wasn't 3 hours away from a Freda plus all the gas that I had to use in my Jeep Grand Cherokee play plus all our time a driver and myself to get a is that a 20' Van that was supposed to be in Wenatchee one hour away from ephrata. The only reason I gave the man in Chelan a good grade was because he was very courteous but he did not give us a discount he said he had to charge me $585 Is that u-haul would not allow me to have the Van for less than that But what can I do I need to remove my daughter and you lost my reservation I feel you should give me at least a $100 backlawrance T.

Female employee was in a bad mood when we arrived, and was short with me. I had requested in-person check-in because wifi service is so bad at the BeeBee Bridge location. Instead, I was required to do an online check-in. I couldn't complete it because I couldn't upload images. Also, the last time I booked a truck the central dispatcher called us the night before we were supposed to pick up a truck, and told us they didn't have one for us (we needed to wait a day)! Completely threw off our move! I wouldn't recommend this location.Bill I.

We paid to rent a dollie, it wasn't in the rental when we picked it up via mobile pickup. Nobody was in office to get help, called on Sunday 20th and Monday 21st and they do not answer their phones, and do not have a voicemail to leave a message. Location is great as this was a last minute rental and the equipment needed was available. However the truck was covered with bug poop (I guess that's what it was) and we could barely see out the window. We did not have the time to clean the window ourselves so had to do the best we could.David J.

Uhaul National - which makes reservations said the equipment was avaialble HOWEVER it was not. My contract said Wenatchee, but I had to drive an extra 90+.miles to Chelan - luckily not all the way back to an even further away location. BOGUS - do not rent equipment you are not able to guarantee - I drove 4 hours for a one way rental and could have drug a trailer from any location between those two places.John R.

Hello, I rented a 15' truck from Bend, OR on 9/24. I made the reservation via the internet. As I was making the reservation to drive the truck from Bend, OR, an offer popped up on the screen offering $75 off if I returned the truck to Chelan, WA, so I accepted the offer and was given the reduced price. This was acknowledged by the Bend U-haul when I picked up the truck. On 9/27 I returned the truck to the U-haul in Chelan, WA, at 8:00 A.M., which was closed because it was Sunday. I used the U-haul wifi which connected me to the U-haul return page. Everything seemed to be going fine, until it would not acknowledge that I was supposed turn the truck in to Chelan to take advantage of the reduced price that I was offered, and then it would not let me make any changes. As Omak is about 80 miles from Chelan I did not want to drive to Omak because I was already 29 miles over the allotted 490 miles and I would be late to Omak and would be charged for an extra day. As a result, the Chelan U-haul charged me for a wrong destination fee of $48 and a $20 after hours check in fee. They also made an error on the miles saying I was allotted 421 miles. My contract says the allotted miles are 490. The turn in miles of 14848 minus the starting miles of 14329 equals 29 miles over the allotted 490 miles. So I was charged $27.60 too much. 1-When I tried to use the online self return feature (the trailer was due back on a Sunday morning when the business was closed), the website would not let me attach a picture of where the trailer was until we used a different device. 2-the trailer yard is not visible from the office, and if I hadn't gone back to the front door and read the hand written signs, I would "owe a $25 fee". I recommend having a note added to the online return instructions if returning a trailer to this location. 3-I tried calling the phone number for directions on how to proceed when the website wasn't working, and the representative was not helpful. He said I would be responsible for the trailer until the business was open the following day. That doesn't seem right. There should be an alternate way to get that information to uhaul (text or email), it's not that hard.Gabriel B.
