This location should have a WiFi booster located near the drop off parking location so that the check-in process can be less stressful.

I took videos of the U-Haul before I left. It had dirt in the driver seat. The top of the windshield was cracked. It was left in tow mode. The back of the actual truck had grass in it. I swept that out before I even got it and then on top of that I went to links to figure out how much gas I had to put in because at this location, the Internet service or the phone service is not that good. In the same breath during my time here the computers went down while I was getting gas filling up the truck and I got double charged. Usually I don’t mind but gas prices are high so I kind of felt some sort of way but I did not voice that opinion. The people there tried their best to accommodate for all those things that I said before the only problem that I did have was that when I needed to speak about the specifics of the U-Haul and show what was going on on my phone on my side, I wasn’t told by the person at the counter I was told by the owner over the phone because the person on the counter only knew a little bit of English. This is not a bad thing let me be clear but at the same time he called the manager that I met in the morning and even then I asked him. I don’t know how many miles I’m going over but I shouldn’t be going over 50 to 100 miles he put 50 I went 76 and then I had to pay over on the card. I’m not complaining about that. I’m just stating facts. I just want to be very clear. The entire experience between pick up to drop off wasn’t the best but I do understand that it has a lot to do with the previous drivers and all they do is how’s the vehicles there did I get my questions answered it took about 30 to 45 minutes, but I did get them answered did I get gas that took about 15 to 25 minutes so yes I was at this location longer than I should’ve been but at the same time I love U-Haul. I appreciate it. I will definitely use U-Haul again and I do recommend U-Haul all the time but in this instance, I was a little frustrated and that is just me being fair again I appreciate U-Haul thank you guys very much and I’m not shutting the store or speaking of it. I’m just explaining what happened at this store thank you God bless.

I was very fortunate this place was open at 7 am when U-Haul customer service lied to me and said they set it up as a virtual pickup but instead made it a counter pick up. Thankfully someone was In the store at 7 am to rent me the truck via counter pick up and he was very nice and professional. They did not have the blankets I wanted, but overall I was thankful I could get the truck at 7 am as my movers were coming at 8 am.

There is no cell reception at this location, so good luck using the app to take your pictures for check in and check out…if the app even works that day.

The service was poor... I was overcharged for a U-Haul almost $200 for 5 hours... Prices are way too high... I could have rented a truck from a car rental place for 5 days and pay almost $200.

My pick up time was at 4:30pm. I came in 30 mins early to update my reservation because updates were not allowed through the app or Website. The update was from an In-Town rental to an Out- of-Town, one way. When I arrived I explained what was needed and the young man called his manager to see if the request could be done. The request was approved, he asked for the city I was driving to, the mileage, and took photos of my drivers license. Once I received the new confirmation I explained that it did not have a drop off location or “one way” listed. He stated that it was okay and all I had to do was provide my confirmation number at the drop off location after I paid over $130 for this reservation. I took pictures of the truck and the check engine light was on and the cabin area had a strange smell to it. I was on a time crunch and made due with what I had. A few hours later I returned to this location to pickup my personal vehicle and went inside to speak to another gentleman regarding my reservation. I explained the situation and he told me the same thing. To give the drop location my confirmation number and all will be well. That night I Called U-Haul telling them what was going on and no one would help me. All they said was contact your pick up location to resolve the issue. However, my pickup location did not see an issue. They only said to provide the drop off with my confirmation number. While on the phone with U-Haul I asked them to note everything I’m telling them as well as the drop off location I was standing at since no one could tell me how to go about the drop off. So I provided U-Haul with the drop off address I was standing at. The next day I was charged an additional $300 for a “WRONGDROPPOFF.” All of this could have been avoided if my request was fulfilled properly switching from 19.99 in-town to 29.99 out-of-town with the appropriate mileage…I have gone through U-Haul for years but this has ruined my experience for the future.
