I was overcharged by Uhaul. When I reserved the truck over the phone the agent applied a discount. The invoice does not reflect that. My experience with the location has been great, but uhaul so far has not been great. In fact so far it has been misleading. I am looking forward to uhaul making it right.LEWIS K.

Gentlemen was very nice, but he gave me wrong trailer and driver side turn signal and brake light didn't work. Back sliding door broke when returning. Charged for the wrong trailer and the correct trailerðŸ˜—ðŸ˜. Charged twice. Called customer service and waited 3 times for over 20 minutes. Would be nice for someone to call me to correct. U-Haul needs to ensure all the products ordered are available. The two (2) dozen furniture pads I ordered were not provided due to inventory issues. Also, U-Haul needs to greatly improve its customer service by keeping the original booking location. Making me go to this location was a (60+) mile round trip and very inconvenient!!!John K.

I was really frustrated that they called and changed my location from Oakwood to Flowery Branch during the week, and then called 30 MINUTES before I went to pick up and said I'd have to go to Braselton instead. They also didn't have the equipment that I had requested, and while it was refunded the whole situation was really frustrating and I may not use U-Haul in the future because it seems very unreliable.Jessie M.

I tried to book and locate a unit on the Uhaul 800 number at 10 an EST ON Friday and never got an agent after 17 min on hold. Had to search on my own. For a company the size of Uhaul I would expect better service to find the rental I needed. I will look for other options next time.brian B.

The address is not easy to find and incorrectly listed on Apple Maps. It is not a location. It is a dirt road with a truck parked there. They asked me if I could bring it back to the location even though that was not my plan. The van was beat up, but it was clean enough.Kristopher H.

Had confirmed reservations for a 17' truck to be available in Athens, GA. When I arrived for the pick-up was told no17' trucks. My reservations is for a 20' truck available at a location 30/35 miles away. Lost morning and missed hook-up with loading help. Was told mix-up due to Individual at some distant call center ???, No remedy due to heavy demand. RodRod C.
