This was not a good experience renting a U-Haul. I originally reserved a pickup at a location where I could work directly with an employee, but my reservation was changed to a different location that only offered self-service pickup and drop-off through the app. I did not have the app and did not want to download it for a one-time rental. As a result, the pickup process took more than 30 minutes and required multiple phone calls before I was finally able to access the key. I will say that the customer service representatives were very helpful throughout the process, and I appreciate their assistance. However, the overall experience at this location was far more complicated and frustrating than it should have been. I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a quick and hassle-free rental experience.
