You guys really need to look at the check out and in process. The last two rentals I have had, have been very difficult. Both times customer service has had to get involved. This time it took over 30 mins to both check in and out.

Nothing to change at this location, I was suppose to drop it off, at Polk Appliance, the man there refused to take the trailer, he said he didn't have the room, there was enough space there for 2 trailers, but insisted that he did not have the room, I should have taken pictures. At the Chevron, which doesn't take trailers, thankfully accepted my trailer. When I told them Polk Appl said they didn't have room, they told me they always say that. I feel Polk Appliance should not be a Uhaul representative, they did not do you justice, Ron Ouellette 803 816 5088

Location was a gas and go convenience store. One person working behind the counter waited 50 minutes to get the truck which was suppose to be express pickup! Pickup was st 9:00 am . Got there at 8:45 am. Left at 9:35 am. Had the wrong return date on the order. Sop pose to be two days she had one day. But in the end it got straighten out at North Port Florida return drop off. The woman there was excellent and so was the facility.

The rental contract for our move was originally arranged through U-Haul Moving & Storage of Lakeland, 1621 N. Florida Ave., Lakeland, FL. Due to an error on our (the renter's) part, we failed to purchase the correct insurance at the time of arranging the rental (but prior to our move.) The manager of the Lakeland facility, Glorie Franco, and U-Haul representative Jonathan Hartling patiently and diligently worked to successfully resolve our problem. Efficiency accompanied by courtesy is a rare combination in today's work world. The courtesy, patience, and diligence extended to us by both Ms. Franco and Mr. Hartling was impressive, in part, because of its rarity. Together they left us with a very positive view of U-Haul customer service.
