I would recommend this U-Haul location for convenience; however, it is a very tight space, so there isn’t enough room to take pictures properly. The cell signal in the area is also very poor, which makes it difficult to upload the required pictures to the U-Haul website. One area that could be improved is allowing customers to complete the check-in process before arriving at the location. The current process took me over an hour to complete. I arrived 30 minutes before my scheduled pickup time and still experienced technical difficulties, which caused additional delays. I was also charged $33 for gas even though I only drove approximately 4 miles from the pickup location—literally just across the street. I would appreciate a review of the fuel charge to ensure it was accurate.
