Your app is garbage. The location was completely wrong on the app and I couldn't use the phone pick up message. There was a very nice guy in the store that could help me. Would never recommend your app to anybody. Chisago Hardware was great.

jeff hI wanted to drop the trailer and was told it will be a while as the guy who handles it is in the bathroom. He will be in there a while so I can disconnect it myself. No receipt of dropping off or the number of blankets I returned. The woman said it doesn’t matter as u haul doesn’t care anyway. Horrible service both places.
Donna KI left my sunglasses in the truck upon returning it. The next morning the individual in the store was fantastic. I quickly had my glasses.

Joey SDo a complete inspection of the steering on that truck. Gearbox seems sloppy. LF wheel seems to have gear oil slinging from the hub. Nothing major, but if someone unexperienced with larger trucks drives this, they may soil themselves driving on a curve.

James CIt took over an hour and a half to get the truck due to issues with the key for the truck and reservation being canceled even though we told the person that we were unable to pick up the truck till around 4:00but he put 1:00 pick up time. The truck was filthy. There was coffee spilt in cup holders, sand/dirt in the back of the truck, and dirt built up on the whole dash, seats, and doors. The owner of Chisago Hardware was not very nice with saying it was my problem for why the truck was dirty because they were closed and the person who runs the U-Haul was gone. Very disappointed!

Dallas CI have always had good luck with this location. They have always been nice. Sometime the uhall website is slow, not there fault and sometime just don't go a planned but no fault of this location, its usually on uhall. They help connect the trailer if you have one. There is a uhall closer to my place but I like the service here.

Gary ESpent over 2hours contacting customer service. Had a 40minute wait then once they picked up it sounded like they would put me on mute. Did that 3 times before giving up.

Daniel NWell the only thing I did not like and disagree with is the computer system deciding if someone is red flagged from renting especially when they get flagged for even a five minute late return I think that BS traffic could cause that issue you don't want a renter driving reckless to get back in time do you?

Daniel NThe only thing I can say is I booked the truck out of the Cambridge store and uHaul changed it to the Chisago City store, which had excellent service. Since I was in Cambridge that morning of the pickup I drove past the Cambridge store and there was a 10' truck there so I had to drive an extra 60 miles (30 miles each way) to Chisago City to pick it up and drop it off. It sounds like this happens all the time, you book it at a certain store and the main uHaul rep changes the store on you. Because of this I had to spend an extra hour or so to pick it up and drop it off then I had to drive another 2.5 hours to get to home.

Bruce Htried charging me for the gas that i had already replaced before dropping the truck off and when i spoke to someone about this they never got back to me and i kept getting bils for this !!! gg bait on 8 location... after it took over an hour to even get the truck cuz the owner wsnt there
Savannah SU-haul did the classic bait and switch to me. My reservation location was switched from 5 miles from my house to 45 miles from my house. This cost me two hours of driving plus gas money. U-haul should either relocate equipment to meet their reservation commitments or only allow reservations at locations with available equipment. Note that this is a corporate issue: the the people at Chisago Hardware we friendly, helpful, and efficient.
Joseph POver charged when returned after three hours use. We were charged $66.00 for fuel and fuel surcharge. We replaced gas and had a receipt to prove. Won’t use them again.
Karen HEverything seemed to function effectively. Sometimescphone support was a little shaky, possibly due to computer issues...
will hDifficult to find the rental desk. No sign out front of hardware store. The side street had several parked trailers so walked half a block tp a fenced area but no help there so back tp the store and a bystander directed us to a side door barely marked. All that took at least 15+. Minutes then the employee had trouble with the website and spent a long time trying tp process our return. Finally we had him sign our rental paper as returned and left. Frustrating.
