This is the only Uhaul location I will rent from, even if it adds a couple of miles to my contract. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make sure my rental went smooth. They contacted me to inquire whether I would be picking up on time, and sent me pictures to ease my mind letting me know the equipment I request was waiting for me.

The back of the truck smelled like dog pee. The location was in an unsafe neighborhood with no secure parking to leave your vehicle when picking up the rental truck. The check in and check out process took an hour which doesn’t truly reflect the pick up and drop off time. There was a dolly missing for my service. The mobile app was not intuitive and wouldn’t properly take pictures of all sides of the vehicle. I hated the whole experience, would never use this location again and would absolutely like to be compensated, in addition to the lack of after hour support.
