Ann SI want to thank Mary for her excellent service for helping me with the rental service for Uhaul at Choice Furniture and Auction Gallery at 2020 NW Federal Hwy Stuart Florida, 772 872 1005, She and Beth are always very courteous and friendly, if anyone needs to rent a Uhaul it can be done over the phone and will be ready for pickup when you arrive, also if you need her to help you with a consignment for your Furniture it's very easy to do just call and ask for Mary and she will guide you through the steps and also thanks to Melissa for handling the Consignment paper work,Beautiful Store on the inside very clean and organized.

Ira GI was really disappointed that the truck didn’t have a ramp when I asked for one. A one day use of your truck turned out to be a few days
anna vWhen arrived they didn’t have the equipment I reserved. I had to move a washer and dryer. I reserved a 15 foot truck with a loading ramp and appliance dolly. When I got there they only had a 10ft and regular dolly. I was so upset cause I just had my 78 year old dad with me to help lift a very heavy washer. Luckily my husband came home and had to leave work to help since we were on time line. Very unprofessional. I hope I never have o use Uhaul again every time I do the services get worse.

Roberta MThere was no watt in the truck to charge your cell phone..my phone died before I got into the truck. Also, I was under the impression mileage would cap tonth flat rate at 100 miles.
lisa mI have no problem with remote pick up but sometimes I’d like to talk to somebody and go through everything with them when I’m picking it up in person. But they’ve always have had great service in any situation.

Kevin MIma little annoyed, I brought back truck 19 hrs early.. rented it at 9am feb 6th /24 . Brought back to boynton. Location at 2pm Feb 6th .. 19 hrs early.. put fuel in .. to bring it to half tank as when I picked it up… and have been charged a fee stated it wasn’t at half tank….IT Was!!!!!…have fuel receipts.. apparently the attendant is mistaken.. IF THERE I S A NEXT TIME.. I NOw KNOW TO TAKE A PHOTO OF DASH BOARD!!!!!!
MARK FVery disappointed. I had to drive 9 miles to pick up small truck when multiple dealerships were within a 2 mile radius. They took my credit card and estimated how much it would cost and took a deposit. No problem but the truck was $19.99 a day. I got the insurance and drove 38 miles total and they charged me. $.79 a mile and then they charge me. $132, definitely would not recommend them to anyone. It must’ve been the guys first day that check me out. The lady where I dropped it off. Wasn’t much better on the computer. Terrible experience.
