The location was great and easy to make the reservation. The UHaul app and Renee (the agent with whom I worked) were terrible. I was unable to complete the "Pick Up the Truck" process on the app. I called the toll free line and waited on hold for 10+ minutes. It was a Saturday, so I understand agents may have been busy. When I explained my experience to Renee, she told me to log out of the app and log back in. I asked her to stay on the phone with me while I quickly logged off and back on. She said she could not wait while I did that. I explained that I could complete this step in 30 seconds or less and since I waited 10+ minutes for her to answer the phone I asked, again, that she wait. She said, "I cannot stay on the phone while you do that." While we were talking, I had logged off and back onto the app, and still was not able to complete the "Pick Up Truck" process. Renee said she would transfer me and next thing I knew the line went dead. It COULD have been a mistake, but it left me wondering whether or not it truly was. The reservation process was simple, but the whole process on the app and lack of service left the whole experience feeling extremely negative.

JUSTIN B.I reserved my trailer rental to be picked up at my nearest location. Website said trailer was there when i made my reservation. So i go there to pick it up and the guy says "they said they texted you that the trailer is not here." I never recieved any text or call saying anything at all. So i was sent to a location farther from my house and well out of my way to pick up the trailer only to get there and that guy wasn't there. So we had to wait another 15 minutes, putting us even farther behind schedule. After this "experience" you can rest assured i will NEVER rent form Uhaul again. Ever. And neither will my friends thanks to me telling them all this. If you really want to help the next customer, have the equipment in stock when you say you do.

MICHAEL F.I was ripped off. Period. I, incorrectly, thought that the warranty applied to both the trailer and my tow vehicle. That is why I upped the coverage to the $10,000 level. After a brief discussion I understood that it did not cover my vehicle so I backed it down to he $5,000 level. I was charged for the $10. When I called to fix the problem - I was told to call U-Haul - it's not his problem.

ERIKA M.I had to pay an extra $20 for an adapter because my newer trailer hitch set-up did not match U-hauls older hitch set-up. U-haul ought to have those adapters and not force customers to buy them.
