Took almost 2 hours to get confirmation on their system to get truck.Doreen N.
There was no place to park when we picked up at this location it's incredibly crowded. The person that helped us was straight to the point and explained everything but it felt like we were a huge inconvenience. The truck itself was very clean inside. However it did not run well and the steering wheel felt out of control as well as the breaks. I understand it's probably an older vehicle but my husband drove it and drives similar trucks for work everyday but still had a hard time managing this one. We've used uhaul many times and overall would choose a different location next timeClint R.

First, I LOVE your mobile app. Whoever designed it did a GREAT job. I really enjoy using it for booking, paying and dropping off. I have a suggestion you might want to consider. The vehicle I loaded and transported was a 1975 Jeep CJ5. They have a very narrow wheel base and I think you need to share special instructions. First, one should narrow the ramps to start at the wheel base of the vehicle and not just straight back. Second, you should explain how to make the tire tie-down straps work with a narrow wheel base. I made a mistake, thinking I was doing the right thing and they actually came off! I don't know if it was because they were frozen at first and loosened up or if it was the way I wrapped them on. I think the latter. Maybe they should have been free'd up from the snow and ice before I took off and stretched out a little? Maybe additional instructions before heading out? The folks at the site were great!! The U-Haul website was terrible! I couldn't change reservations - I had to call. I was promised a phone call the night before. It never came. I tried to check-in on line - didn't work. I will always use U-haul - you're a great organization - but your website is really bad!!JOHN B.

Your after hour drop off instructions were useless. You sent a text with instructions that could not be followed because your web site lacked what the instructions pointed to. This was very bad sine I needed to travel 3 hours away. I was considering using U-Box for my move. I will look much harder at the alternative as a result of this and my pickup experience.David K.

My quote was rewritten and a utility dolly was left off of the new quote. The men working there were hanging out in the lobby talking loudly, it was early in the morning and they had just opened and all of these distractions made the transaction that much more difficult to finalize so I could be on my way. The lady who helped me with my quote was nice and tried to help me find a utility dolly that was left off of my new, rewritten quote but was distracted by the phone, her baby and the loud commotion of the lobby. Overall, I think everything could have been much better and I would say there is great room for customer service improvement.JAMIE RAY K.
