The pick up experience at Chucks Tire Center was pleasant. However, the gentlemen simply pointed me in the general direction of the trailer and sent me on my way. Would have been nice to have had some help connecting the trailer and checking the lights, since I was by myself, but I guess he didn't have the time.
Samuel SWhen returning the trailer I told the attendant about the left light being out when I received it & to my surprise he said “they wouldn’t have rented it if a light was out.” I corrected him & let him know I provided proof the light was already out prior. He said I wouldn’t be charged so that was a relief. Additionally, I thought he would help remove it like the pick up attendant & I was wrong! When it was time to remove the trailer the attendant said to just leave the trailer in one of the spaces, I asked if it would stay put in their parking spaces bc I noticed they were on an incline. He said yes, it will be okay & he just left. I removed the trailer myself but struggled to get it to stay cause it began rolling, I had to find a piece of wood to place under the tire to get it to stay.. not a great experience. Only If more continuity is established between the way these Uhaul centers are operated would I recommend. As a first timer it was dreadful to say the least.
