Be ready at 9:30 when store opens. I waited over an hour because the rep had nothing prepared fir my order. The vehicle nor the trailer had been checked i. prior to my pick up. I lost and hour of time and missed an interview. The attendant was very nice.

COURI T.The 6x12 trailer was clean and ready to go as scheduled. The young lady at the facility was exceptionally nice. There were two issues with the trailer: 1. Radial tires and bias ply tires had been mixed on this trailer. There were at least two of each and they shared the same axle; however, when grooved pavement was encountered, the trailer required my effort than other trailers I have towed to keep it safely tracking. 2. We encountered a bit of rain which resulted in water in the trailer. Could not tell from where it came; however, packing blankets and boxes got wet. UHaul staff was informed and I feel certain the issues will be addressed. Thank you for an otherwise excellent experience.

The truck was perfectly clean and we were pleasantly surprised to find moving cloths provided in the back. We will definitely recommend this location to our friends and family!

Momodu K.I had to hook up my own trailer. Had an electrical pigtail that was broken, but they don't have parts. Had to drive to another uhaul location to get a new pig tail and put it on myself. SERVICE??? The trailer was the same trailer that I pulled from Florida 10 days earlier and was charged nearly $100 MORE to haul it back to the same location that I picked it up from. BEWARE!!!! Uhaul will more than take advantage of you.

Then we were charged an extra $78 after we left with no explanation or answer to our calls. This is pretty much what we expected in this market. We will need an answer on the extra charge.
