Rate was different than what I was told when I made the reservation. Plus I was told I didn't make a reservation, however when I called the 800 line a reservation was seen but not at the store.

deveney c. | Overall ExperienceJustin the manager was a total disaster, he wouldn’t take my payment. I tried to go sign an agreement so I could move my things out! Extra fees a charges were added to my account in which I couldn’t pay being I was hospitalized , unfortunately they sold all my belongings! I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone!

Shaun P. | Overall ExperienceTried to reserve a room online. Tried to fill out online. Didn't work. Tried to rent a particular room. Manager hadn't put it in the system. Had 9 rooms wanting to rent. Couldn't rent them. We were there, they were clean. So you guys lost out on rental of 9 units. About $700 a month. Also the sign says unit is $44. Ours was smaller and more expensive. Plus we're required to have insurance? Since when. Another $8 a month. Plus you have to buy a special lock $30? Why? It's an indoor coded facility. Total $80. We'll rent for a month, because. Then we're leaving. We'll also be closing down at least 4 other accounts. 3 are $199 a month. One is $399. That's a loss of $600. Just lost $1300 a month from us alone. Put you units in the system if you want yo rent them. Don't use false advertising on prices. Don't over charge people for special locks. Saw plenty of spaces through the years without the special lock, one right next to ours without it. Don't require something that isn't enforced universally in the same building.
