The only problem is I get $65 charge which the reason is after hours minute returning which is not right I return the truck at location before 6 pm but it is closed drop the keys in the box before 6pm on 06/29/2020 the gas tank exactly what it says in theU-Haul rental policy And I Email uhaul.com/ share too because I try call U-Haul for help to return no one is answering Too bussy Automated said I should call later time yesterday also pls my uhaul charge in my receipt yesterday is was only $26 plus why is $65 pls cahange that to exact amount thank uJOHN DONNE D.

I had a poor experience because scheduling never called me. I drove an hour and a half to be told that the nearest truck was an additional 40 miles away. I then spoke to someone named Karen who was incredibly rude. I would improve communication with your customers and tell your employees that they shouldn't have an attitude with the customers.Heather L.

For mobile pickup, I didn't know I was supposed to add another contact and have Uhaul call that number. I was there and ready to pick up the truck at 5am. Ended UP getting the truck at 6am. I had to leave and wake up my secondary contact in order for me to get the keys to the truck.Thomas L.
Had terrific customer service at this Uhaul Vendor. Easy location just off of the highway. It's old school interior/bathroom but they know how to treat a customer! Great with the paperwork that comes with a rental.Steve B.

My experience at the rental site was good. My experience with the national Renata call center was horrible. I spent 2 hours on the phone with 9/10 people saying they couldn't verify nor correct my rental and finally ended up with a manager who corrected it as well as the routinely conflicting information given to me by your associates.Shaun W.

Second time I rented from this location . Excellent service clean truck, ready to service my needs .What more can a customer ask for . To tell you the truth ,I am a very busy guy good or bad that is me ! I like how this locations provide service FAST , and ready to go the minutes from the moment I WALK IN! Everything is done in detail on the contract and explained within seconds you SIGN AND DRIVE AWAY WITH IN TEN MINUTES , THESE'S GUYS NO HOW TO MAKE AND SERVICE CUSTOMERS. 5 STARS ! It would be very very hard for me to fine away to improve for me or any other customer here why. 1. explained the leasing agreement in detail. 2. very helpful manager and staff . 3. the service was fast and the process was fast, which is important to me. 4. The manger explained the option insurance and gave me the choice also important to me . NEVER TRYING TO UP SELL ME! 5. Returning process again was ''EXCELLENT" and fast. 6. I am always busy so people who know what they are doing means something to me! These guys know what they are doing. 7. When I need a truck ,which I will ,i will be back.JOSEPH C.

First I was switched to a different location to pick up the trailer because the preferred location did have a trailer. I ordered it days in advance. Surely They could of had one brought in by the day I needed it. Second I went to the back up location the trailer was there but the electrical extension was not on the trailer and the uhaul location did not have any. the owner had to drive to a near by uhaul location to get one and that added 30 or more minutes extra time to get on the road. Very upset with the process even after I had pre-ordered the trailer a head of time.Luke C.

Personnel were great. Facility not new and parking lot small so parking can be a challenge not to park someone in. Equipment worked well, all lights etc. and staff hooked up trailer for me.john B.

I've never rented a moving truck before I had no idea what the process was, the gentleman took the time to explain every detail and answered my questions. the rental originally was for 1 day well I was up very late and passes out when I woke up or came to it was 330 pm the rental was supposed to be returned at 1030am as I begin to panic thinking the police had been called and now I was going to jail because I over slept, well the truth is, nothing could be farther from the truth. I called and calmly was informed it was not a problem and asked to pay for another day. the next day I returned the truck and was greeted by a smile and understanding staff.
