The drop off location was closed when I got there. There was no direction whatsoever as to what we were supposed to do with the truck. I was on hold for over 20 minutes before someone came on to tell me that I needed to talk to someone else and I was on hold again. A very disorganized drop off. At one point I even tried to drop it at another location that was about a mile away because they were open but I was told I couldn’t do that because I had to leave the truck at my original Drop off. Your company claims to have easy 24/7 availability but dropping a rental truck off at a place that is closed is anything but easy. Not happy with the return process at all.

Not location issue, mobile app issue! Wasted time trying to upload images of truck when I returned. Errors. Had to call customer support waited on phone for more than 10 minutes for them to tell me it’s checked in but it’s a technical error on U-Haul.
