The employees were friendly and helpful. The vehicle was not ready at the pickup location and I was not notified that the vehicle would not be available until I showed up. However the employees did work to find another vehicle at a "nearby" location and they considerately discounted my costs in light of the inconvenience. So I give 4 stars for their helpfulness and deduct one star for the company's (apparent) struggle in logistics coordination and communication.

Way too expensive
TROY RI booked and confirmed a 15' truck. When i arrived for pickup the keys were never placed in the lockbox. I was forced to take a 10' truck which took more time, miles and gas and paying the help for more hours. Someone didnt do their job which caused my issues. I would like to request some money back because of this.

Francisco AEver since I had moved to south jersey in 1998, I have used Clark's Automotive. Occcasionally I have used the UHaul store in Deptford, NJ. Both stores are fantastic. I only wish Clark's had more small trucks and trailers available!

LISA DRemote reservation is not very user friendly. You do not need a secondary contact or employer who you "will contact". You get a credit card and the transaction is over. That is a waste of time

Aja TPrices and timeliness be a little closer together online than what you actually get.I had gotten a 3 day quote less then week before rental for 89.95 about.That is before taxes and insurance but it was still a different price when I actually rented the trailer.What was nice is I ran into issues and had to keep it longer.I tried to extend online and it wouldn't let me.So a little online maintenance is about my only issue.I would rent from Clark's anytime I need Uhaul again.
