I think the system needs some fine tuning it was difficult to get the contract and billing together

A engine code popped up when I was almost home the first night of the rental. I tried several times to contact the Location and never received a return call. I had the code checked and it was a minor issue so we drove it to our destination but it would have been nice to have some follow up.

patricia cDon’t make customers take a bunch of pictures of the truck with after hours returns, if you do, you should credit each customer $50 because it takes about a half hour. It is your responsibility as the rental company to check the equipment over and note any problems, not the customers. And, if there are any issues, the insurance purchased should cover anything. Other than that the truck worked well. Thanks, and I will make sure never to return after hours again.
Greg DI loathe the uhaul app and self-return option. It was difficult to use (in my case, I was unsuccessful), I didn't want an app and a profile. I just wanted to return the truck after a long day of moving. Perhaps this could be simplified. The actual renting and using of the truck was fantastic and Clarks is wonderful!
Lisa BSuper easy drop off. Just dropped the keys and they sent the receipt via email. My husband was very impressed with the ease of use of the truck itself. It was very clean, easy to drive and so easy to use. As he said “U-Haul has it dialed in.”

Ron YMany of the fees or methods of charging for items were not disclosed at the time of reservation. For example, charging per day for the blankets or appliance dolly. Had the first guy told me about being charged per day, I may have made a different choice. The 2nd guy didn't mention that I would get a text that sent me to a set of prompts that needed to be completed before I left. I started on it when I got the truck home, was almost done, then it expired. Again, a little heads up would have been nice customer service.

Erik BNormally I have a great experience here. For some reason the trailer I rented this last time was not clean and unfortunately I drove off before looking inside. When I got to where I went to I noticed it was dirty. So I had to clean it out before returning it so I didn’t risk getting charged for cleaning it.

Jeff DThe gas tank started as 7/8 full. That was very difficult to match when filling before returning. The tank should always start as full, then it’s easy as the customer to fill it full when returning it.
