It would not pull out all the way and latch withing the notches.
The truck also pulled and the steering wheel was off.

Everything was great but it was extremely difficult trying to get through that heavy door when making our way from the elevator to our unit. No way to prop it open, bulky, large... really inconvenient. Once while going through an entire load fell off the cart.

I was charged $20 fuel charge from location saying it was below fuel level when dropped off truck from when it was picked up. They send me a drawing receipt and I tell them I have pictures of fuel level when returned that would dispute their drawing. No adjust was considered or made by location. I’m not satisfied w this transaction and have used U-Haul in the past

Love the app, when it works. I've rented multiple times and every time it has been extremely difficult to work within the app. My last drop off took 30 minutes then crashed and was unable to process the return. I was able to reach someone via the 800 number, so they were able to note I returned the vehicle. I'll continue to rent from this location again, but I hope you can get the app running better soon.

I am a repeat customer. Each time I store office supplies and computers, I do so for years at a time. My last stay ran from 2018-2025. I've used both climate controlled and outdoor units, each with 24hr access so I was never inconvenienced. Now that I have a motion picture studio, I plan to return in the future to store larger set pieces and bulky lighting equipment. Being so close to I-75 makes it easy to get in and get out. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fairly steady and consistent. I've dealt with Karen for many years and appreciated all the solutions she's provided. I highly recommend Clarkston Budget Storage!

The staff is great and super helpful, really helped accomodate during moves which made it less stressful when I was under time constraints. There were issues with elevator to access upper floors and the wheeled carts. I don't go there often, so the fact that I had issues a few times makes me wonder how often the problems were happening.

I had items in storage there for over 7 years, and over that time, the facility, which was excellent to begin with, only improved. Facilities are clean and well lit. Prices were reasonable compared to other facilities, and did not increase unnecessarily. Office people are helpful and flexible (within reason). And most importantly, vermin were kept out of my outdoor unit, keeping my belongings safe. I highly recommend Clarkston Budget Storage.

This is one of few 5-star business ratings I have ever seen. But-there is little to expect more from. It met or exceeded all of our expectations in terms of what we felt this service should provide. It wasn't cheap, but fair. Communication was great so we knew what was going on at all times and they reached over backwards to make sure we were taken care of.
