Lacked ability to properly schedule my drop off. Did not have adequate supply of boxes I could buy. Did not have available ball hitches. Did not have enough ball hitches to buy at varies heights so I could fit the trailer adequately / properly leveled and seemed to me the less then ideal ball hit hitch I did purchase was over priced. I’d appreciate a refund on my ball hitch or some financial remedy. Thank you
