STEPHEN AWas bummed they ran out of moving blankets that I had reserved to rent.
Jennifer HBe sure that a trailer jack is available on off hours to assist renters in unhitching large trailers from their vehicles. When retuning my rental trailer, I had to muscle it off my hitch.
