The connector for the lights didn't make contact well with my vehicle. I had a 4 to 7 pin adapter that I use with other trailers and have never had a problem with it. I believe the contacts on the trailer should be cleaned, sanded or replaced. I had to stop and remove/replace several times on my way to Florida. Also, I don't care for the hitch connection. It rattles constantly. You used to have hitch connectors that you would screw to tighten onto the ball. Needless to say it was a long trip of rattles. I wish I could have dropped off the trailer in Florida but the cost was more than double. Very disappointed on this regard. But I really like this location. Great people and service.
