I didn't catch the gentleman & young lady's names because I was dropping off right at the closing of the day & had been hurriedly moving for days. Both were extremely friendly, courteous & allowed me a very quick drop off. I would also highly recommend this location. Sincerely, Kammy O'Donnell

It took over an hour to get the uhaul which was a pain when you only have a babysitter for a little while... Also, the cleaning procedure of me taking photos to show its ready for the next person is absolutely disgusting and I'm sure against many covid protocols. In all I spent way more money than I had planned and I didn't even get all my things moved because my sitter needed to leave.

The parking is tight and it's on a busy road. I wanted to change my location for drop-off but your app doesn't allow that. That's just poor business.

I was charged for a full 3rd day although I returned the truck after 51 hrs. I called and was helped by an associate who was polite and professional. An email was sent to management on Monday morning. I'm waiting for a call to see how it will be resolved.

After hours drop off. I called this location 15 minutes before they closed (9:45PM or so) and spoke to a representative. The representative did not inform me I was supposed to drop off elsewhere. Then when I arrived the uhaul website wouldn't allow me to go through the drop off steps.

Was not sure where to park because the parking lot was full. I parked next to another truck in a neighboring lot. Not sure if that was the correct place to park? If that location was OK, it would be nice if it said 'uhaul parking overflow lot" or something ? (or if it was NOT ok to park there, a sign saying "please return trucks only in the Clarkston Budget Storage lot" (or something))

I am highly disappointed! My questions upon return about the safety of your vehicles was not answered nor was your representative concerned. I called yesterday (according to your phone message you record all phone calls) regarding a dangerous driving situation that I was put in regarding your truck. If I hit a patch in the road the whole front end would start to vibrate and work all the way up to almost literally bouncing off the ground and the only way I could get the front end to stop bouncing was come to a nearly complete stop ON THE THRUWAY (70 mph) that is incredibly dangerous! When you google this scenario the first thing that populates is the “death wobble†yea that is real comforting. In order to ensure my safety I had to drive 35-45 mph on the thruway so the truck would not bounce or vibrate (front end) that added a lot of additional time to my trip. I am not going to be renting from Uhaul in the future as I no longer trust the safety and maintenance of your vehicles.

The uhaul app is full of errors and doesnt work very well each time i use it. I checked in online and i had to do everything in the check in process when i arrive. This took up alot of my time when i was in a hurry. I have never had an experience with uhaul that wasnt frusterating.

Just a bit of confusion on the newer instructions for return of the rental. Received a message and says in the document given to return it through the app or online. Was told in person just to drop off the truck and put the keys in the box, which worked out fine and was how I preferred to do it.

My overall experience with this was PERFECT! It couldn't of gone smoother. I drove a 5x8 trailer on the back of my Colorado from UTAH and it was no problem at all. Easy drive, and drop off location was right next to my destination! Easy location and very friendly staff!! I recommend to anyone needing a uhaul!

Get that trailer repaired. It looks like the springs on the right side of the trailer are broke or failing. Also, the wall tiedowns on tue front and right side walls are useless because the slots are so small no hooks fit them. Worst trailer I've ever rented.

You should not be charged for a full month if you move out of the storage facility in the middle of the month. The unit is quite costly we would have had $32.40 due us if you pro rated, as you should.

Basically had an easy customer. One point threatened to charge late fee because the check I had written had wrong. Date. Wanted to charge fee Had my email didn't bother to notify me Just sent me a bill saying I didn't pay. Really. I was turned off from that moment on. U had a customer paid on time and wasn't a hassle and u pulled that. That was the end Recommendation get a less new manager
