I ordered a few dolly's but they were not available at time of pick up. However, the customer service agent was very helpful and refunded the cost after we tried to find alternative solutions. The associate at the drop off location was also helpful and ensured I was not charge for the missing items. Otherwise, the rental was in great condition and the process was simple for use.Jonathan F.

The truck had a horrible alignment. Pulling left the whole time. On top of what sounded like a misfire or problem with engine. I calculated the gas mileage and it got 7.8 mpg highway. Never had such a bad truck from you guys.Chase J.

I was absolutely frusterated to the max at the experience I had for picking up the truck on a mobile phone, that took me 25 minutes in the hot sun because the location was no open. I was in waiting approval for ten minutes, then my boyfriend tried from his phone which took another ten minutes, then a rep called me to confirm my number, and after all that then was approved. We should have been compensated and not charged extra at the end of it, and we were. Very upset, wont be using uhaul anymoreJose D.

I was charged for 16 gallons of fuel for a drop from 5/8 to 3/8. That's a quarter tank of gas. I honestly doubt that truck has a 64 gallon tank. I traveled 47 miles for my move, that would be roughly 3 miles per gallon. I did lock the keys in the cab and went to the location the next morning to hopefully get a spare key, and they did not have one so o used my AAA membership to get into the vehicle. The attendant at the location was very friendly and helpful. She was flexible with my schedule. Other than that this was a less than desirable experience.jeffrey C.
This was not my original location made in my reservation. After beginning my check in at the original location, Mack Tire, I was told the truck I reserved could not go out of state. An hour later I was told by a U-Haul rep that the check engine light was on and to go to this location to pick up a larger truck than I wanted. (I had spoken to U-Haul 45 mins before arriving to the original location & no one informed me of any issues) The same U-Haul rep checked me in, since it was now 5pm & the location employee was clocking out. He told me I would be receiving a $50 refund because my reservation was not ready at the original location. 3 weeks later, I had to call U-Haul customer service for my refund. I have been informed that I will now have to wait another 3 days for the same employee to approve the refund he originally told me he was approving the day I rented. Ensure that all employees (customer service, other departments) understand all locations processes to check in or out. I had called customer service this morning because the app wasn't registering my order and I had to check in via phone at my 4pm pick up as no one would be there. She said oh it's just really early so itll show later. It didnt show later. there was some error that couldn'tlocate my reservation. What a difference between the pick up and drop off. The young woman here was kind, professional and listened. Maybe she could teach that miserable old man in KY something. Trailer had two different tread patterns and towed horribly. Pulled to the right. Also, you should have some type of jack on every trailer.Timothy B.
