Truck was dirty inside and ok out. Dead bugs covered the windshield, coffee spills on console and old candy melted in cup holder that I'd later need to clean off of my keys. When you open the window while driving, hot air leaks into the cab from the engine compartment and onto my feet and legs. Needed to keep AC on most of the time to compensate. It is currently summer here and I moved south. Left sideview mirror is loose and rattled. Engine V-belt / serpentine belt was loose. Engine squealed when accelerating. When unloading boxes I realized that rain leaked into the back (likely from underside) soaking 3 boxes of clothes.Alan P.

This location was great. However, I recommend uhaul not changing your drop off location. We chose the location we chose for a reason and to have uhaul change our drop off location without asking us is not ok.Justin T.
The gentlemen that took care of me was very friendly and helpful! He happened to be outside when I pulled up, he came over immediately unhooked the trailer and said your good to go. I find it curious there is no interest on behalf of Uhaul specific to the rental process therein lies the greatest shortcoming as it relates to my experience. Scheduling was a nightmare so too was the drop off. Not only will I make every effort to share my experience within my sphere of influence both personally and professionally I will attempt to detract others from falling prey to what can best be described as a poorly managed institution that is clearly unable to move at the speed of business. The U-Haul vehicle was great, the after hours return process was excruciating. The app did not work, and there was not tech support, i spent one hour in the parking lot to get in touch with customer representative to just tell me that drop the keys in the box and leave, if the associate would have told this to me while checking out, i would have saved one hour outside in freezing weather.Manish R.

Lock box was hard to open. Online registration is awful and requires documentation that is never mentioned prior to pick up and that most people don't carry (passport, lease). I have all these things at home if I had only been told they were required.Michael J.

I was not informed that the site that I had my reservation with did not have my equipment until I called to confirm since I never received a call like it said I would. I have to drive an hour to pickup the equipment from a different site. In this respect, I would not recommend this companyjack T.

They were rude as ever when we tried to return the truck and would not help us check in back in because it was raining. We did use the mobile check in for those items but they were upset that we did not back the truck up to the trailer for them. The lady's attitude was totally off. The pickup and drop off locations were fine. The entire rest of the experience was terrible. I reserved a 15ft. Truck which they promised but on the last day, could not provide. I ended up with a 10ft. Truck and now have to rent another truck and spend a second whole weekend to finish my move.Judi W.

Everything was great when I came into rent an appliance dolly from the gal, but when I returned it there was an unmasked guy (during covid pandemic) pacing and ranting on a cell phone. Have more equipment at the more individualized stores, at the first location I went to, they didn't have the auto trailer I had reserved, and I had to wait on customer service for 12 minutes (when time is very limited) to get help of where the closest auto transport trailer was. I also have not received my $100 deposit (which after paying for the gas at another U-Haul should be around $50)!Austin K.

Person attaching the trailer did not fully secure it to the hitch on the truck. The piece that attaches to the underside of the ball was never secured. Went over railroad tracks at 15 mph and trailer came off the hitch. Thankfully no damage to the truck or trailer. I fastened the trailer properly and we went on our way. Very scary experience. Tried calling the location right after it happened and they never answered thought we were just there about 5-7 minutes before.Arthur T.

Person I spoke with earlier in the day did not switch my pickup to after hours, as I called to tell her we'd be later than the scheduled time. When I arrived, the â€œeasyâ€ 24/7 pickup protocol online told me my reservation expired. We called support and did not get an answer for 40 mins. Then after support answered, it was another hour before we we able to retrieve our 3 digit key code. The pickup was awful. Ruined the evening.Jeff K.

The person on site was great your check in and drop off online was horrific and did not work at all . The guy there could not even get it to work.We would have never got the key or been able to drop it off without an actual person there.
