There was no one from U-Haul at the location to help me hook up and check the operation of the trailer. The person working in Rush Foods tried to call someone named Jeff but there was no answer, so he gave me Jeff’s number and asked me to call, but still no answer. I ended up calling a different U-Haul number and they told me Jeff was on vacation for the week and they asked me if I was ok hooking the trailer up myself, which I did. I hooked up the trailer and someone called me and asked me to send a picture of my hookup. Had I not been capable of hooking up the trailer myself I’m not sure what would have happened.
