The location for drop off was in Cherry Hill. This Clementon location is literally 12 miles from my home and was an extra 20 minutes drive. I was charge for this via gas and mileage when there are U-Haul's at coastal locations right in Cherry Hill. Secondly I swept and clean out that U-Haul and left one picture in there that I unfortunately forgot. The owners at this location threw away the picture and had the nerve to charge, when a simple phone call just as I did to receive the ezpass could've been made. It took five phone calls throughout a 48 hour period to get in contact about the ez pass. Long story short we need more common decency out here.

I submitted a reservation over a week in advance to pick up a 10foot truck from a location near my home that according to your internet information had that type of truck available. The night before I was to pick up the truck I received an email advising me that I had to travel 31 miles to pick up the truck from a location I had not selected. THIS LAST MINUTE SWITCH WAS AN UNACCEPTABLE WASTE OF MY TIME AND DOUBLED THE DISTANCE I HAD TO DRIVE!!!! I was not even given the courtesy of a phone call. I will not be using UHAUL in the future.

We appreciated that this location could help us save some money. It was cheaper to fill up gas here then have U-hual charge us for it. The employee was helpful in filling it to the pick up amount.
