At the time we dropped off the trailer the shop was closed however there was plenty clean parking to park it and we just dropped the key in the box

Kevin BI was 2 hours late for pickup. My mistake of adding pickup time online. When arrived found sign on door be back at 1:15pm (assuming lunch). Went ahead amd hooked up checked in online and waited. Woman arrived at 1:00pm asking who I was then telling me I'm not supposed to hook up and how late I was. Also that 2 other people wanted to rent the same dolly in the last 2 hours? When you reserve online with credit card you're paying if you show up or not. Followed woman inside and verified information then she took pictures of the dolly hooked up correctly and I left. Whole experience was unpleasant and not professional at all. Do not recommend renting from this location.
