Left rear brake light and left rear tail light were inoperable. With over 100,000 miles, the vehicle badly needed shock absorber replacement. Safety belt was worn and soiled.

If using 24 hr service be prepared for the pick up process to take 15-20 minutes using the app. U-Haul want a reference and employer. And they make you wait while they call them. Would be good if the app allowed this to be done ahead of time. Wear rain boots. The water puddles surrounding the truck were 4 inches deep!

I was charged 82 dollars after putting gas back in the truck. They should just keep the trucks full on pick up. Whoever assessed my truck ripped me off. Beware renting these.

Guy that works at that storage facility was rude. Ramp didn’t work. Truck bed dirty. Truck old. Came with 1/4 tank like who does that…? The blond lady was nice.

The check in and out process was exceptionally cumbersome. Way too much red tape. When I thought I was finally finished, you wanted a third party to contact and verify before I could complete the transaction. It would have been far better to just interact with the people at the facility and only deal with them even if I had to work within their operating hours. As it was, they had to help us out anyway. It would also be best to require a full tank of fuel instead of trying to guess how much to put in the tank in order to match what it started with.

They messed up my whole uhaul reservation and had me left out in the freezing cold for over 30 minutes waiting for help from another location because they were closed. Gave me the wrong key & truck that my contract didn’t agree to.

charged me for 2 days because I dropped the truck off at 7pm. They lie to take more from customers, will never use them again. They had the truck at 7pm on 12/10 they lied and put we dropped it off at 9am on 12/11--NOT ACCURATE--Stealing from customers. Not a good business practice.

When you use (sub-contractors) not an official uhaul location! Make sure they know what they are doing! I spent way too much time checking out (20 minutes) a was uncomfortable giving up to much private information!! Checking in the rental was even worse literally no help whatsoever all they could say was call 1-800-Uhaul or down the app!!! That’s how we do it know? The only thing you’re sub-contractors are interested in is extra revenue!! Not the customer and without customer you have no revenue!!!!! Your App is not easy and is really poorly done!

Would be good if they put up a uhaul sign because it is hard to tell it is a uhaul pickup or drop off point from he outside. Just looks like a storage facility.

Be honest to your customers. Don’t tell them that your need to bring the vehicle back back have full when that was a a blatant lie. We brought it back just over have full , but to come to find out that this was not the case and then you proceeded to charge me another $25 . For being a few gallons short. This is total BS. And very unsatisfactory service.

Making the key drop box more obvious would have helped. I ended up guessing that the mail slot in the office's front door was where I was supposed to drop off the keys for after-hours drop off.

The gas tank was almost on empty. I BEGGED for a 15 ft truck, called repeatedly. There HAD to be a 15 foot truck somewhere in the Medford area. I had to drive a 20 footer over the mountains and really did not want a truck that big.

There was nobody at the location and I had to figure out how to do the checkout all online. It took 30 min to finally get the code for the key lockbox.

I received my truck 1.5 hours after it was scheduled to be picked up. I had to wait in my car for another person. And afterward, once I got the truck, I got an alert in my phone that I was being tracked by an Apple air tag. When I called this location to discuss this (after having the police confirm of the suspicion upon their inspection) I never received a call back.

Person in the office was on the phone and asked for the key. He then told us he would take care of everything. We were later charged for gas that we don't believe we owed because we had 3/4 in the tank. If he had taken the time to check us in together, the gas level would have been documented. I feel ripped off.

Originally wanted to pickup equipment closer to me in eagle point but when I spoke to the person who works at that location he was rude. When I ask why the equipment couldn’t be picked up there he went into a rant about how he won’t do it because u haul doesn’t pay him. So apparently costumer service is not priority. Will not use or recommend

When it came to the payment the total did not reflect the costs when reserving the equipment and it was about $125 more dollars and I was expecting to pay. It would’ve been better to know the entire costs to estimate for planning purposes.

We were charged more than we were quoted because of a large tax added on! The truck was also somewhat dirty, we had to sweep it out before we loaded it.

This was a super easy experience and I really appreciated it. The owner at Climate Control Mini Storage was very helpful and pleasant. Made putting together a move, pretty simple - aside from the moving part.
