I made the reservation for a location that was was close to me but was switched to a location across town, increasing my mileage. I was not aware it was a mobile reservation and it took 40 minutes for me to get the truck because no one was at the location, although the hours on the door said there would be. I asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for one, but got a regular dolly, which I didn’t use! My total for the day was nearly $150, even though I turned in the truck after 5 hours of use.
