On the app I found it very hard to do the after hours pick up. I had to go through edit my order to get it resolved with a call to headquarters. If the app had a direct link on the home page to do after hours pickup/drop off it would have gone more smothly. Maybe I just didn't see it, but it took me over an hour to get the keys from the lock box, mainly because I couldn't find how to do it on the app.

I made the reservation for a location that was was close to me but was switched to a location across town, increasing my mileage. I was not aware it was a mobile reservation and it took 40 minutes for me to get the truck because no one was at the location, although the hours on the door said there would be. I asked for an appliance dolly and was charged for one, but got a regular dolly, which I didn’t use! My total for the day was nearly $150, even though I turned in the truck after 5 hours of use.
