Thomas MIt was a bit hidden from the principle street not enough lighting. We dropped at night it should be better in the durning daylight.Gas stations are near to pump to fuel the truck that is a plus we saw two gas stations nearby.

Deborah GLove this location and the people there. However, the ramp to our UHaul was broken. We were hauling heavy equipment and this made it extremely difficult without the ramp. Perhaps the equipment should be checked after use and prior to renting it out to the next customer. I will be following up with the location today.

jeffrey k | Overall ExperienceUhaul app experience not the best. After installing the app I would recommend rebooting the phone make sure VPN is turned off. It could not verify my location after allowing the app permission to my location. Google found my location. Uhaul app could see the closest store was the one I was at but it couldn't verify my location to check out. Frustrating! Rebooting my phone and it worked.

chase mThe on-line check-in process was not easy. Baking in the sun and trying to read the information on the phone and taking the needed photos did not make an easy check-in process. Supposedly the location was open till 3:00 pm. We arrived at 1:00 pm on August 6 but the person inside the office said (through the door) that they were closed. Overall, the rental process for check-in was easy and the truck performed well.
Paul HOne way to improve is to have the equipment that was booked available or at least warn the renter who is depending on a reservation being honored. In our case, I showed up to pick up the truck, three dollies, and furniture pads, and the dollies and pads were not available with no explanation or apology given. This set off a mad hunt for rentals at other sites, which cost me mileage, gas, and time. Very underwhelmed by the experience;

JAY HThe truck needs maintenance, very uncomfortable to drive, the motor didn't sound good, the air wasn't working correctly, it kept cutting off and on. The worker was pleasant and professional, however the truck needs repair.
Kevin MMake sure the lights and AC work in the trucks! Heatwave in Central Texas is not the time to find out the AC is on the fritz in ur moving truck! Being able to see in the back of the truck in the dark is nice too!

vanessa pCustomer service was great and the two guys working were very pleasant and friendly. The van itself was not clean and smelled like cigarette smoke. There was an empty milk carton in the back and what appeared to be dried soda over the dashboard. I was expecting a cleaner van upon entering
Kristin SBusiness did not open til around 9:40 am. About 10 customers were having to wait outside because no one showed up for work. Finally someone came in that stated they had quit over two weeks ago and also had an obvious injury. He seen the crowd through cameras and came out to help us all the best he could. First customer helped uhaul cancelled her order last minute and she was told she had to find her own truck at that point. I was next. Truck was dirty and they were in search of an appliance dolly after it had been included in my reservation weeks before. After i came bk to check in the other guy that came in after the other guy just checked me in and didnt even look at the truck or see if there was gas. Just took the keys and said thank you. There were not a lot of happy customers
