I rented a van from this U-Haul location and it was one of the worst rental experiences I've ever had. When I picked up the van, the cargo area smelled like something had died in it. There was a foul odor throughout the vehicle, and the back was covered in what appeared to be dried egg, food residue, and other disgusting debris. I was transporting items for charity and had to put cardboard down to protect the donations from being ruined. The attached photos clearly show the condition of the van at pickup. The vehicle was not properly cleaned, inspected, or prepared for a customer. I was told this was the only van available, leaving me with no choice but to take it. To make matters worse, the employees appeared to be outside getting high and showed absolutely no concern when I raised the issue. Customer service was no help either. I called to report the condition and billing problems, yet I was still overcharged. The mileage was not entered correctly, and the return process was a nightmare because the app wasn't working when I dropped off the vehicle. Between the filthy condition of the van, the terrible customer service, the billing discrepancies, and the broken return process, this was completely unacceptable. I have photos documenting the vehicle's condition at pickup and would strongly recommend that customers inspect any vehicle carefully before leaving the lot. Very disappointing experience. I expected far better from U-Haul.

This is very inconvenient especially at a time when customers obviously have a lot to do. This is not the fault of the location, I suspect, but more of a deficiency of the U-Haul operation.
Donna CThe location did not provide the equipment that was reserved for my U-Haul. They lied and told me I had to pick it up myself at another location. The equipment had already been paid for in my reservation, but they were simply too lazy to assemble it. When I went to the other location, I was told I had to pay again and create a new equipment reservation. I was billed twice for equipment I was supposed to receive initially. The owner of the store cloud 9five4 was not helpful at all. Thankfully U-Haul refunded the fee.
Sergio Tthe U Haul dealer in FLL was located in a headshop selling weed, water pipes and sex toys. They did not have the packing blankets needed, requiring us to go to another seller. Not impressed.

Ricardo CIt is a gross pot store. There was a lot of confusion during the drop off procedure where the store told us to take the auto transporter to another location. They told us this when we were out of the truck and unhooking it. We did as they asked but then the U-Haul traffic people threatened to charge us thousands and thousands of dollars for dropping it off at the wrong location. She was very rude. She refused to give me her superiors name and finally forwarded my pall to customer service. That person was very kind and was able to solve my problem. We didn’t have to pick the auto transporter up and return it to the site and we were not charged thousands and thousands of dollars either. I would not rent from Cloud 954 again. I did not appreciate the customer service we received from the traffic lady.
