WILLIAM DThe truck was in an extremely bad shape It was super loud and the engine sounded like it was about to fail at any point. The truck was super dirty on the back and the door was extremely hard to close. Our views U-Haul many times and this is by far the worst experience I've had. The place itself and location was okay but the truck itself was absolutely horrible and very dangerous and unsafe.

JONATHAN MThe UHaul “counter” was a small shack on the gas station property, which is fine. But nobody was there when it was supposed to be open at 8am; the gas station attendant tried to call whoever what supposed to work the UHaul counter but could not get in touch with them. Between that and calling customer service, I waited about 45 minutes for my rental key. My initial reservation was the 24/7 mobile option; I was late getting there, so when I called customer service, they changed my reservation to a regular pickup, which meant I needed service at the counter.
April DWhen we arrived promptly at our pickup time, we were told that the person who could help us would arrive in 20 minutes. We waited in the rain in our vehicle for 40 minutes and the person never showed up. My husband left our telephone number, and we left the location. I returned to the location 30 minutes later to discover that the person did in fact arrive after we left but did not notify us of their arrival. We ended up completing the transaction 2 hours after the reservation time. We were paying someone to help us by the hour and had lost two hours for which we still had to pay him because he was at our home at the agreed time. Noone ever acknowledged the problem or offered an apology. There was also a language barrier that made it very difficult to communicate. We will never rent from this location, nor will we ever patronize this business in the future. Horrible service!
