Paul FMake sure you have a paperwork when you pick the rental to see what you are being charged. I didn’t get any paperwork other than the truck key, to fined out I was charged insurance, I was not told about. Later on I was told documents were sent to my email without my knowledge. Before you pickup the rental go over each item of the charges and see if this what you need and agree upon.
OSAMA sI had difficulty returning the truck and this was literally like rocket science with no one to help me.

ROBB LThe truck broke down. It took over 5 1/2 hours to get a tow truck to haul us to our destination. Instead of unloading, we were stuck waiting. Poor service all around. I also believe I may have contracted Covid from the provider. Filthy place.

peter fIf you are planning on being in the same area that you are renting that particular truck from that area that would be good and if the area that you're moving into is in that area that will be good we came all the way from South Saint Pete from the Skyway Bridge because they did not have a truck available in our area so they charged us for leaving out of that yard on 110th Avenue North all the way back to the South side which I think is unfair I feel that I deserve money back from off of the mileage that we use because we had to drive from way out there to get the truck and drive all the way back to our location to pick up the items and then take it to the storage at Tyrone Mall way too many miles and we only used it one time and delivered one time and this is the evidence of it we paid an extra $31.78 for 99 cents to miles along with the $57.75 to me they should have charged us when we got to our destination to pick up the items because we requested the one at the Tropicana Field they said there was one available but it turned out that there wasn't then they said there was one on 28th Street North which that one turned out to be way out on 110 Avenue I'm sorry 118th Avenue North and Roosevelt area too far

Miley RI ordered and paid for a moving dolly. It was not in the van. I had to buy one and it cost me an additional $89. You should refund this rental in total, not just the dolly rental fee.

Helen RThis is more of a towing company than a uHaul station and as such you get what you get. The guy, Manny, responsible for the uHaul part of business was nice and pleasant to work with.
Michael FI appreciate the fact that they had a truck available, but just because the business doesn't have full Saturday hours, I shouldn't have to pay an extra $20 when I return the vehicle. I'm just dropping a key in a box. That's not worth charging an extra $20. If I had realized, I would have gone elsewhere for my rental.
Kristi SAll aspects of my trip/move went well, thanks to the services, the people, the equip., the loc's. of UHaul. My highest praises and thanks. All were great - my reservation guy spent 40 min with me mapping out every detail - sold me on a lot of services: a dolly, blankets, move insurance, etc. Most thanks got to Drew at Coastal - a delight - made it all clear and easy. I had to take vehicle at 8AM, but you opened at 10 - he carefully explained the lock box, did all the paperwork, put all equip. in the truck - then, when I arrived at 8AM, he had made a special trip to meet me, hand me the key, and help me on my way. Very complex madevery simple - you have such a happy and loyal customer, thanks to Drew. Them the 2 guys from Afford./Acurate Moving showed up at my storage locker in Tmapa - worked very hard and well for exactly 2 hours, and the job was done, the truck professionally loaded, balanced, buttressed - we then drove 1450 miles - fast and over some very bumpy interstate - and everything stayrd in place, nothing broken - a happy customer again - I'll praise your services for months to come - all of them. Ohh, just to add - I am 82 years old - your services and people allowed me to do this job like a 30-40 year old. Gracias!

Lisa wGet a new recovery/towing company. The staff didn't seem like they knew what to do. Staff being overly Flirtatious with my friend. Tried to way over charge me and would have if I didn't catch them on there own mistakes. Still tried to over charge after wards. Whole scenario was a disaster that took a stupid amount of time to handle
serenity aThe location was fine but the experience of completing the pickup via the app was very cumbersome…took way too long to complete all of the steps which delayed retrieving the vehicle.
Guy HWell, I am used to receiving a contract and I normally am informed up front in regards to how much money the rental is going to being costing me; for example, what my money down amount is going to be. However, I did not receive one, so I had no idea what the monetary amount would be, and had placed 5 phone calls on the day after returning the truck, and left the same messages, and no one bothered to return my phone call. It was an urgent request, and because no one had returned my phone call, I had suffered a loss, that could have been prevented. I understand that sometimes things are forgotten, but this is the first time in which I had experienced this.

David AI received a reservation for a van, but then when I proceeded with the Truck Share pickup, I was assigned a different van halfway through the pick up process. I called customer service multiple times, was transferred to the scheduling department, and did not have my call answered after on hold for an hour. I was a bit confused by this change, but other than that, the van I received worked well for my needs

Vicente Bover charged for the gas fee and there are no gas stations near the area to fill up. Would like a refund for the $125.00 I had to pay since the location did not have any fill stations and the location felt like a truck graveyard

HARRY CLocation was off the beaten path, not well displayed and felt a little “No Trespassing” like.
David WI did the application pickup. It solved my problem but there were many steps to be completed in a like dark field, low temp, on hold for long time, and poor internet connection. Would you try to make it a little more simple. Since cant talk easily for the return, i added gasoline to the truck myself but during checkout, I was charged for miles I used. (double charges for me)
