The exterior was clean however, the cargo area was dirty and needed to be swept out.

I rented a truck and had multiple issues. The vehicle was dirty, and the U‑Haul app malfunctioned during both pickup and drop‑off. I had to go inside the business twice, which defeated the purpose of using the app to save time. The employee also struggled to verify my check‑in, causing further delays. When I asked about the app problems, I was told this was “normal.” Overall, the experience was inconvenient and not what I expected.
