Well it would have been.nice to have a cleaner rental as the interior and the exterior windows were pretty dirty but I made sure I cleaned both before I returned the vehicle. Also your app seems to only work as intended when the user has exceptional bandwidth and not work at all when connection is a lower bandwidth situation. That is the most frustrating part of the rental experience from the user side. Invest in a more robust and stable mobile app to work in all situations!

The windshield wiper switch was a little faulty but besides that it ran perfectly. Very nice
