Took an hour to get checked in because your app is trash. Customer service did nothing helpful.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDid not have equipment we rented, did not know how to refund us for the equipment that was missing. Took 35 minutes to get checked out and leave the lot with the truck
Delaney MRental experience was great and the person handling it was very easy to work with
Andrew CTire was low on the truck but the guy at the store said it was just a vehicle error. Recommend that is taken care of.
Rudy JThe truck previously has been driven hard. The transmission does not shift as it should. It won't shift out 1st gear until travel speed has been reached at a high rate of speed.
